   Shocking appointment yesterday. Shame I can't give 0 stars. A complete waste of time to travel down to this dermatologist. I saw Alexander Kuznetsov - he was dismissive, cold, couldn't answer any of my questions. Felt like as soon as I sat down he wanted to wrap up this appointment as fast as possible. He couldn't care less what I had to say. Not sure how he is a medically qualified dermatologist and said for me to use Germolene cream on breakouts. No help what so ever, a waste of tax payers money.

   I love this practice since swapping from another in the area about 2 years back. The Doctor is kind and knowledgeable, and the receptionists always helpful. They have done a great job for my family and I can always get an appointment or speak to someone. Thank you

   Went here with my daughter from Essex because NHS referred us last minute to see a dermatologist. I have been to few GP practices in this country, this one is by far the worst. The staff were polite and helpful but the doctor was impatient and dismissive. It was like he had diagnosed and discharged my daughter before we even got there. Awful experience. Thank God it was a one-off visit.

   I read these reviews and it is not the Doctor I know! She has been my Doctor for more years I can remember her speed of action and the surgery saved me from possible terminal/ advanced prostrate cancer in 2016 ..2020 I'm still here! The aftercare and prompt and clear communication from surgery staff is second to none.I continue to be well looked after,cared for,and all the staff at the surgery are professional and excellent.Remember also staff in surgeries work under intense pressure,they are not lazy at Dean House they are proactive and organised!

   Very, very poor experience! They don’t seems happy to help you out. Lazy, incompetent staff. I’ve been three times only for registration... they always forget to give me a form to sign and call me to go back like going to GP is only think you have to do. I told them I’m pregnant and I have a letter from early pregnancy and they told me someone will call me and talk about the letter. After I left, they call me to return and bring the letter. This is impossible!!!! INCOPETENT STAFF!!!
