   I’ve been seeing Oksana for the past couple of months for fertility acupuncture and I’m so glad I found her. She’s incredibly calm, kind and practical which is exactly what you want when you’re in the thick of fertility treatment. My body has responded to the acupuncture: by my third egg-collection cycle I noticed better outcomes, and my recovery was smoother too with less bloating and less pain. What I really appreciate is that Oksana doesn’t stop at the needles. She shares simple, useful tips I can apply between sessions, especially around hydration. Thanks to her, I discovered how effective coconut water and electrolytes are (rather than just chugging litres of plain water), and it’s made a real difference to how I feel. Sessions with Oksana are peaceful and tailored to what’s going on that week. I always leave feeling grounded, cared for and a little more hopeful.    Oksana has truly made a huge difference in improving my physical and mental wellbeing. I’ve recently had major surgery, leaving me with residual nerve damage. I started a course of acupuncture, having my first session just days ago. Oksana listened carefully to my medical background and current issues, asking pertinent questions and clearly explaining what she would do and the benefits. I limped into the therapy room and after my first session felt a huge improvement, with reduced numbness and heaviness in my legs.
