So the lift is currently out of order and my partner who is in a mobility scooter could not get upstairs. The secondary lift access door was closed and the buzzer does nothing. They did not answer the telephone (surprise suprise) so how do they expect a disabled person to get upstairs? Why not send a courtesy email or text message to patients to let them know? Wouldn't recommend this place at all, poor accessability and service. And no one cares so it will not change yet they continue to accept new patients whilst neglecting the ones they have already.

Doctor very much in a rush. Discussion about why she cant do more then one thing took longer if she would have just listened and engaged. My request was related to the reason for my appointment. To make it easier for the GP to understand i wanted to show a medical drawing to show her where to look. Again discussion about it instead of looking for one second and saving time. I had everything prepared.

The experience I had this morning was more than awful with the receptionist. Her name is Mahi, not sure if she gave me her real name though. Her behaviour was the less emphatic, not helpful and refused to help. I expect from people being in this position having some customers skills which in the case of this woman was a real luck of it. She refuse to help accusing us of aggressive while the only aggression was asking her if she was able to listen why we were in there and what we did need. She was rude from second one and at the end another more skilled lady, believe she is the supervisor or manager, was talking to us . Nothing was resolved at the end as it looks here nobody wants to do anything and the different departments within the NHS don't talk to each other, just passing the hot potato to each other while the patient suffers their mistakes. Overall this is not the first issue I have with this GP practice in the last 12 months. It's impossible to get any appointment without waiting for more than a week and when you have the luxury to meet the doctor you are being rush as they don't allocate enough time per patient. Only option left is change GP altogether.

The only reason why I give 1 stars and not one is because the receptionist stopped being rude like in the past. You can not see a doctor...i had so see the nurse few months ago as I couldn't wait few weeks for an appointment with the doctor, didn't have the right blood test. Now after 2 weeks waiting for an appointment with the doctor as symptoms got worst.arrived to my appointment for the receptionist to tell me I had an appointment with the Fisiotherapist for pain in my back. The called this a misunderstanding when it was their mistake/ error...not misunderstanding. Next appointment offered in 1 week...I couldn't even answer and had to leave wanting to give up. They do not take accountability and usually gives me more stress than any illness so I try to avoid going, just when I am desperate. Sad

This surgery over the past year has been terrible. Can't get appointments, do it online. Not everything can be solved by filling out an e-consult, they are many questions on here. Next the receptionist are gate keepers, private matter means private, do I want to share all my business whilst other patients are sitting and waiting. The patient knows their mind, so listening is key which they don't; it's like they are scripted and not treating individuals as human beings, where's the empthathy... you are not robots!

An absolute nightmare. I’m trying to leave for private healthcare even still they are making my life hell. I sent an e consult to get my medical records so my insurer can have my history before 24 feb. I didn’t hear nothing for 2 weeks I then had to phone in to be told that I had to speak to someone before they can send me. They did not contact me to tell me this until I had to call in. Not only this they gave me an appointment for next Wednesday to speak to someone so they can give me my record. My partner is going on the same policy and they simply asked why and emailed her the records within 48hours Because of this GP I’m now not protected by my private healthcare until they have my records. Adding to this they have missed 2 phone call appointments and when I call to say why has nobody called they state they did but nobody answered which is not true. Hence the move to private healthcare as this practice is dangerously run not like it use to be. I’m now having to wait until next week before I speak to someone just to get my records so I can finically get rid of this surgery. There is zero empathy on the receptionist or admin desk the only credible people here are probably the nurses. All the reviews and ratings are consistent with the theme of the practice being well below par. PLEASE IM TRYING TO LEAVE

Disheartening when you go to talk to them. Little help attitude, with little desire to understand you and help you almost as if they were just doing you a favour without interest! I would like to remind you that you secretaries are paid to do your job and it is really unprofessional behaviour to always show you so grumpy with those who come to talk to you! I'll change right away and I hope I can't find another one similar to you!

Ver poor service from Dr Kaya at the surgery. They have a very low review score for a reason. This surgery should be held accountable, to obtain a higher standard, than their current one. The GP practice is for people's health and safety, and peoplecome their for HEALTH reasons. Dr Kaya was extremely rude and unapologetic, when a simple request was made to her! The arrogance was shocking and she should NOT be working with people, or in healthcare, when she has no people skills! NHS staff used to have to take an oath that they had to uphold, regardless doing their best dor people. I think Dr Jaya believes that she may be the exception to that required standard.

Rang up to see if my prescription was ready. Was in a 30 minutes queue. Reception answered gave my name and they said I wasn't registered. Even though I've been going to Dr Kapoor practice for over 30 year's. They said my GP was in North London but never registered anywhere there. Reception was a bit Ignorant. So best to find a better Healthcare centre. GP was nice but receptionist wasn't.

Reception staff are disgustedly RUDE. Always have an attitude and are never polite. I called to see why my repeat medication was taking so long as the pharmacy had sent in the request a week ago. The receptionist denied there being a request and said it was my responsibility to make the request and if i wanted to make a request i could email and they could possibly look into it. POSSIBLY!!? i contacted the pharmacy again and they had provided me with the date/time of the request so i phoned the doctors up again! Its ridiculous, the rudeness of the receptionist must be part of their job description!! DO NOT RECOMMEND
