111 had told me that a gp will call me. I have a look at the link after waiting for hours and it shows cancelled. Well done NHS, you get paid from our hard earned money but dont even respect time. Absolutely ridiculous.

Doctor Edun is one of the best doctors I ever seen. She is gentle, kind and so professional in her job. But some of the receptionist are very rude and feisty!!!

Awful front of house reception staff, I don't think I've ever had a positive experience with them. Very rude in manner and speaking tone, don't look at you when speaking and when they know they're being unhelpful to end a conversation just stare at their computer screen and ignore you. This GP practice needs pay attention to these reviews and send staff on customer service training. Can't fault the GPs who have always been really good (once you know who the good ones are)

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding the treatment I received from your receptionist, Natasha, during a phone call I made this morning on behalf of my mother, who has been a long-standing patient of Dr. Ravi for many years. From the very beginning of the call, Natasha’s attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I was calling early in the morning to try and get an appointment for my mum, and instead of offering any kind of support, Natasha spoke in a sharp, condescending tone and refused to add her to Dr. Ravi’s list. It wasn’t just what she said — like mentioning the limited number of slots — it was how she said it: unkind, impatient, and entirely lacking empathy. I was cut off several times and treated as though I was being unreasonable simply for calling. What’s even more concerning is how patients who are elderly, vulnerable, or who face language barriers are being treated. If this is how I was spoken to — as someone who was calm, clear, and simply trying to help my mum — I can only imagine how intimidating and upsetting this experience would be for someone less able to advocate for themselves. Reception staff are the face of any practice, and their behaviour matters. If Natasha is unable to engage with patients and family members in a respectful, compassionate way, I believe she urgently needs additional training — or to consider whether this role is appropriate for her. This experience was frustrating, upsetting, and completely unacceptable. I trust this complaint will be taken seriously, and that steps will be taken to ensure other patients and families are not treated in the same way.

This surgery is genuinely dangerous. If I missed as many in-person appointments as the doctors miss phone appointments, I would be struck off their books. If I spoke to their reception staff the way they speak to their patients then I’d be escorted off the premises. They never pick up the phone so you always have to go in person or you will be ignored. They have lost more faeces samples from me than I can count. I have no idea what they’re doing with all that faeces. They have outright lost medical records. I’m aware they’re under a lot of strain but this place needs investigating. Look elsewhere for the safety of yourself and your family.

Everything is literally a problem, the list is long but my last visit was about gastro- resistant capsules which my maternity clinic prescribed for me as I have had massive digestion peoblem during my pregnancy (I'm nearly 8 months now). I was told my GP should not have a problem to prescribed it again for me as these tablets were my 'little piece of heaven'. I have to wait nearly 2 weeks to be actually spoken to first ( in the process) to see if they can be given to me again. Ridiculous! Plus, the receptionist was rude telling me that the letter from the hospital is 'written in English' in between our conversation about the prescription which I think was racist as such a comment didn't have to be made.

There is always a wait when you come here so please don't expect to walk straight in. If you come early there's a chance you might get seen early. The only problem is their phone system where you have to wake up before 8:00 and start ringing like mad from 8:00 a.m. onwards until you get through to someone before all the appointments are taken which seems to be every single day. In fact, sometimes you can come early and still end up waiting past your time. Really depends on the GP that you are visiting or if you're visiting one of the blood test nurse. It's handy to have the pharmacy right on the location too as it means you don't have to go far to collect your prescription if need be or to just ask general advice from a pharmacist

The worst Gp ever, the receptionists never pick up and when they do, they hang up on you. Dr Edun is the worst I have met, she’s waiting for my daughter’s situation to get worst before sending us to a specialist. And my daughter is suffering and they won’t even give appointments now. I am so frustrated with this gps.

Doctors are amazing. ( Apart from one who wanted to stop my For Life medication. ) BUT receptionists never pick up phone between 8am-10am. I've been on hold for 1hour & 35 mins. Was caller #8 at 8am. Finally caller #2, but still 'estimated hold time is 62 minutes'. Every time I call for appointment, if I get to be answered at 10am, its either they hang up or 'Call back 8am tomorrow morning'....then its the same rigmarole until youre lucky enough to get your call picked up. This system needs to be changed ASAP.

I was assisted through telephone consultation by one of the doctors. Today at 15.00. She was a lady and I don't remember her surname unfortunately. She was aggressive and spoke over me every time I was trying to explain my problem. She kept rushing the conversation and being rude to me as if I had done something wrong. I was seeking help because I was not feeling well and she kept trying to fight with me and making points. I was not assisted. I was verbally abused and stressed out for no reason after waiting for the whole night to be assisted. Now I am left like this. No clear instructions. It is absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful that a patient in need has to be treated this way. I don't suggest this practice if this is the service we are supposed to receive. Appalling and horrendous. Doctor should be focused on the health of the patients instead of trying to make their points( even though there wasn't one in this case) or give their frustrations. Not even a star.
