Every step of the way I’ve felt supported, listened to, understood and huge strides have been made. The environment here is lovely, the staff are really friendly and I’ve genuinely enjoyed my experiences here, despite confronting some very difficult things. Thank you!

I have been a patient here for 8 weeks. The staff here are very good, kind and understanding. They are really good at supporting people when they need it the most. Thank you.

I recently contacted the priory for an assessment based on the google advertised fees of from £99 for a psychiatric assessment The actual price of a consultant psychiatrist which is the only doctor why can carry out a full assessment is actually between £350-£750 even that fee they would not confirm until a doctor is assigned after submitting information relevant to your own medical situation. Priory group you are a medical organisation helping people in acute and serious conditions yet you are selling treatments like a used car dealership. You should be thoroughly ashamed and I advise anyone to seek assistance elsewhere.

Not happy at all with the care my brother has been given so far, he’s had 3 falls in their care and had to go to the PRUH, where he also went missing from for a few hours, once he had been found no one told us so I was in panic mode and thinking all sorts of awful scenarios. Not had a chance to talk to any doctors or specialists about him Terrible communications with family. We think the falls are due to the drugs he’s been prescribed because it’s only started since he was sectioned into their care Very very disappointed with his treatment so far, almost to the point of suing for medical negligence

Was an inpatient at the priory for 4 weeks. My experience was extremely positive. All staff are very friendly, caring and just want to help. The hospital is clean the rooms are comfy. The Therapists are all incredibly experienced and just approach you with such understanding. Really can not understate how much going to the Priory saved and changed my life. I continue to go once a week for an hourly therapy which again is well structured and thought out. Really amazing people and service.

The experience I had at Priory Hayes was great from the beginning. From the friendly reception team to my Therapist Sarah Maddocks. Sarah was really easy to build a connection with and is a great listener. Once we had gotten to know each other and identified some of my ongoing concerns (anxiety and depression) she started to help me get to the origin of these and provided me with a heap of practical tools that I have used to alleviate these symptoms. If I do ever feel anxious now I have the tools to process, self soothe and manage my emotions even when in stressful situations or environments. The way Sarah balanced the sessions with practical and emotional support really worked for me. I learnt a lot about myself and found the whole process extremely helpful.

Wouldn't recommend this group as something as simple as booking an appointment with the right consultant seems to be beyond the capabilities of the staff. Whereas with other hospitals, it is a simple case of calling and booking instantly, these people take upwards of a week after contacting them and then book with the wrong consultant! For anyone looking to book with them, save yourself the time and aggravation, and look elsewhere.

I returned home on the 19th July, following a 28 day admisssion for alcohol treatment. From the moment I arrived , any nervousness I had about my decision to come disappeared. Nothing was too much trouble and the care I received from all departments was exemplary. I extend my eternal thanks, in particular to all therapists on the A.T.P team. The programme is fantastic. I genuinely believe I will be able to credit them with saving my life. If anyone has any concerns about being admitted here, please don’t. You will learn and laugh at the same time . Many thanks to all involved in my care and therapy

Speaking about my experience in this clinic, I can definitely say that I am very satisfied. Very professional attitude, at the same time very warm and understanding. Very easy to make an appointment, flexible times. So if you are owl like me - you don`t have to suffer in the mornings or during the daytime - the clinic will find the opportunity to make the meeting after 4 o`clock, which I find fantastic, this is the exact time when I am ready to speak and see people. Speaking about clinic staff, they are great. Secretary Hannah Matthews, Doctor Bhatia - they do their job on a high level that I have never seen before. I was lucky to meet Dr Bhatia who is responsible for his job and most importantly, he loves it. This is the story of when a person found his destiny, the destiny bestowed on him by fate. This is a story when a person from the heart and soul helps people to find stability and peace. From our first meeting, he everytime very carefully analysed my situation, read between the lines, asked those questions that are relevant to my case and revealed the true reason why I was suffering from it. At the same time, communicating with him is like when you communicate with a close friend with a cup of tea. This inspires me very much. I think he is a gifted person on what he does and he does it professionally. Thanks to him, for the first time in so many years, I did not experience dangerous manic episodes and a deep attack of depression, which I had every, every damn year! I cannot even believe it, can I finally live stable like all normal people, It turns out yes I can. WOW

I was here 9 years ago on the acute ward. I was so well looked after , the ward manager was amazing even coming in on her day off to bring me something and I know she lived miles away. Back again a few weeks ago. The lower ward has changed beyond recognition (not the decor that's exactly the same ) the care was terrible. I was told mother lovely ward manager had gone back to the MHS. I can honestly say next time I'm depressed I won't be coming here.
