Absolutely shocking nurse. Sit down, close the door(no pls), she put the finger monitor before I sit down. Said what's the problem? Why didn't you take a painkiller so we know it's urgent? Answer yes or no if you want a painkiller (when I tried to explain that my symptoms are not normal). This is the rudest and most unprofessional service I've ever seen in my whole life. She left her desk to chat with someone visiting the receptionist. Not even an empathy for the patient or being of a standard medical staff member. The room had only 10 patients and the delay was unnecessarily by the staff

I came to this centre and when I got my appointent with the doctor. She did not really listen to me or give me any treatment. She sent me off to the A and E where there was over a six hour wait to see a doctor. All I needed was an examination and a percription. I made an appointment with another doctor the following day who gave me the help I needed. I would avoid coming here again.

Wait time 1.5 hrs yesterday. Reception staff very welcoming. Dr extremely empathetic and helpful. Tested on site and given antibiotics to take home with me. Highly recommend this centre.

The worst hospital I've ever attended. 5 hours wait time to be seen by a triage nurse that has the bed side manners of a sponge. Thank goodness we have the 'free' (paid for via taxes) NHS... Please let me opt out of paying for this crap so I can go private. Thanks

My 74year old wife took her 85year old friend with a nasty wound to her leg to the centre. This was on Wednesday morning 5th November at 11.30. The receptionist informed them that my wife was not allowed in the waiting room which meant that the patient could not communicate with her as she had no mobile. My wife had to stand outside with nowhere to sit, and was at one time threatened with security being called if she went in. It was noticed that there were other elderly patients who did have someone looking after them. Our friend was very unsteady on her feet and shaking from shock. We were concerned that she might fall when being called. My wife ended up standing in the entrance lobby for 2 hours. I was not rude or antagonistic but the receptionist was very rude and uncooperative.

Came off my bike after hitting a huge pot hole and needed stitches. Nurse who dealt with me was absolutely amazing - so professional and fast, yet humorous and reassuring. Hardly ever need to use the NHS but 5* from me.

I popped into the urgent care centre having left my 9 year old son, who had suspected appendicitis, in the car outside. I wanted to check with the reception staff whether it was better to check in at the beacon or take him to the PRUH A&E. I stood at the reception desk for nearly 10 minutes, being actively ignored by the two reception staff, one of which stopped what she was doing to answer the phone while I was standing there. I have no idea what I did wrong; maybe I didn't look ill enough to be there and they judged that I was a time waster. I walked out and took him to the PRUH, where we received stellar service.

The NHS is broken. The people who work here are tired, overworked and underpaid hence you can tell a lot of them dont care anymore. The doctor was rude, dismissive and accusatory. Such a weird attitude for a doctor and one I wasn't expecting.

I have been here for 5 hours now. I have a severe allergic reaction to something and going downhill, yet a woman with a sprain has been in before me. Very disappointing the NHS can’t organise their time more efficiently and effectively!!

Have been there 3 times in 3 weeks for myself and my children and all for different reasons. The wait can be quite long, but as GPS are still not amazing with appointments they are totally over run and under staffed. Everyone I have seen has been amazing and very helpful and professional.
