   Sam is excellent and has helped my head pain incredibly. I have gone from having head pains on a level of 8/9 out of 10 and taking endless strong painkillers to, with Sam’s help, not needing them and now only need to see Sam once every four weeks, which started as twice a week. He reviews my case monthly and i am very grateful and am now stress free. I have no problem recommending Sam and Beckenham Chiropractor.

   I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the Beckenham Back Clinic since I started having issues with my lower back last spring. Dr Kieran Wilhelm has been an absolute star - assessing the problem and getting me back on my feet after 2 particularly painful episodes from which I was able to recover relatively quickly thanks to his intervention and guidance. I feel lucky to have this well run facility within stumbling distance !

   I highly recommend Beckenham Chiropractic, and particularly Dr Kieran Wilhelm. I recently saw Kieran for a persistent back issue that had troubled me for quite a while, and from the initial consultation, I instantly felt I was in safe hands. Kieran was exceptional; he clearly explained the likely cause and the recommended treatment program, always taking my wishes into consideration when determining the path forward. I especially appreciated how thoroughly he explained things at each stage. Needless to say, my back issue is now all but resolved after just a few visits, allowing me to fully return to my active lifestyle. Beyond the outstanding results, the practice is genuinely one of the best medical environments I have visited, owing to the warm and friendly reception staff and the general welcoming atmosphere.

   I’ve been seeing Sam at Beckenham Chiropractic and can’t recommend him highly enough. From the first visit, he made me feel completely comfortable and informed. His assessments are thorough, his adjustments are spot-on, and he always takes the time to explain each step of the treatment. I’ve had long-standing issues that have improved dramatically under his care. On top of being an excellent practitioner, he’s warm, approachable, and truly invested in his patients.    I highly recommend Sam Glynn at BCC. I had about 10-12 sessions with him to resolve my neck pain, twice a week at first then decreasing in frequency as I improved. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his examinations, and took a whole-body approach to my problem / treatment plan. He is very confident and professional in what he does, which is reassuring (to say the least) when someone is working with your neck and spine. He also gave me exercises to help build up my strength to prevent future injury. My neck pain is now completely gone and I’m able to exercise without getting tension headaches like I was before. Very happy!

   I first came to this clinic a year ago after I put my back out and was literally crawling around in agony. I called the clinic and was seen so quickly by Dr Ross Watson. I had never been to a Chiropractic clinic before and was slightly apprehensive, but I needn't have been. The clinic has such a good vibe - the whole team is very welcoming and friendly. Dr Ross diagnosed my back problem in the first session and then by the second session my pain had gone completely. He is literally a miracle worker. I then had a health condition that flared up and has led to further problems and spasms of pain, especially lower back pain. I've continued to see Dr Ross on a regular basis and I can honestly say that I would be lost without my appointments with him, sorting out my back and my pains, and coming to this clinic. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, reassuring, patient, caring and understanding. I've recommended Dr Ross and this clinic to friends and would highly recommend to anyone.

   Thank you to the team at Beckenham Chiropractic clinic- Sam Glynn , Iva Marsoh and the ever friendly Emma Stevens for the warm welcome. I came into the clinic limping and in a lot of pain. Over the pass couple weeks you guys were great. Sam was brilliant in explaining why and how my spine was being compressed and follow up with the appropriate treatments to relieve the inflammation. I can safely say my pain has reduce significantly to almost nothing and no more limping. I will continue with the exercises Sam advised me to do to improve my mobility, balance and core strength. Motion is lotion for your spine :) On my previous visit, I had Iva treating me and she was brilliant at improving the stiffness and tightness around my neck and back. Thank you guys for always being so professional. I have to say my long journey to you is absolutely worth it. I remember getting into traffic from a treatment and it took me 2hrs to get home. Still worth it ! I highly recommend this team.

   I have been seeing Iva for the last month and she is absolutely fantastic at her job. I literally couldn't walk, sit down, bend or stand up when I first arrived at the clinic and I was in so much pain, particularly located in my lower back, which was completely locked up. Iva worked her magic and I walked out of the clinic in less pain after just one session ! I have been attending sessions twice a week and there is so much improvement. I am so grateful for the relief, Iva really cares about her patients and I highly recommend her for anyone suffering back or neck pain. The clinic is run so effectively, Mandy on reception is so helpful and goes out of her way to accommodate convenient appointment slots. They are very professional, the team really look after their patients and the clinic is friendly and welcoming.
