Always very helpful for niggling health issues for myself or family and for a number of years now, I have picked up my prescription from the pharmacy.
They are always very helpful, the pharmacist and the lady who serves. They are knowledgeable and always very responsive in person or on the phone. They have ordered things that they don’t normally stock and called me when they arrive.

The nicest pharmacy I’ve come across in a very long time! All the staff are very friendly—especially the lady at the till, who is always cheerful and welcoming. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and she serves customers with a smile. Thank you so much for your outstanding service!
The pharmacist lady ( who is white ) at this pharmacy is really really rude and doesn't know how to communicate with customers. Very unpleasant experiences every time,,, she shouldn’t be here or need some training on her behaviour,,,
Awful rude assistant. Angry beyond belief that I turned up 2 minutes before they closed. My prescriptions now being filled elsewhere. The manager should get rid of her for the sake of the business.
Since the takeover with new staff it’s now awful, pharmacist slow and the woman at the counter so rude to customers , shouting at them, tutting and rolling her eyes !!! I Have now left and joined another pharmacy who told me that since the take over, lots of people have left Elmer’s pharmacy and gone to new ones.
Prescription always ready to pick up as soon as GP send it to this pharmacy. Never been out of stock so far. Great service. Wish it closed a little later (selfishly)

Very friendly and very helpful people. Unfortunately the skin care products (from Health Aid brand: Vitamin E and Cocoa butter cream) that I bought for my stepdad were off. The smell is sour and the consistency curdle. I gave it as a Christmas gift ... It was quite embarrassing when my stepdad opened the tubes and smelled it. I would expect for all the expiry dates to be checked especially because it's pharmacy.... It's a bit disappointing...
