RUDEST RECEPTIONISTS EVER, no manners at all and very disrespectful. Unreal how annoyed they always are. Even kept screaming at my son one time. Their actions should be reviewed

RODING LANE PRACTICE!!! Worst Doctor - Dr JINCY (something) absolutely awful, the worst I’ve met in the whole 15years of being with Clayhall clinic. I went to see her due to my knee being swollen and not being able to bend my leg, so without looking or examining it she said to rub ibuprofen on it- I had jeans on so she had no visual look at it. Also I said I’ve been having abdominal pain for two weeks and again from across the room she said to take Lanszoprosole. When she realised I was getting annoyed, she said if it continues, I’d have to be referred to hospital for ammuno suppression. Then I laughed and said “can you not see on your screen that I’ve already been taking them for 4years?” I just left out of frustration. Wasted trip and waste of time, Doctors at Clayhall ave are brilliant. I won’t be taking any appointment's with her in the future!

Absolutely disgraceful service. The self check in screen was broken, and instead of fixing it or placing a sign, the reception staff left patients standing in a long queue. When we finally reached the desk to explain the issue, the receptionist had the audacity to say we were late. Shame on you. Take responsibility for your incompetence. At the very least, acknowledge your own fault. This is the worst GP surgery I’ve ever dealt with and Worst receptionist

I spoke to a receptionist called Shen (I think that's her name) she was so rude and had such a bad attitude. I was holding on for 35mins. She gave me attitude and hung up on me!! I then called again, held on for 25 mins and suprise suprise no apts left. I mean none of them are great but what gives her the right to do that? Serious complaint being made about her!!

Phoned and managed to get an appointment on the day. When I arrived had to wait 40mins, but that was acceptable as I was happy to be seen. The Dr was 5 Star! Very helpful and thorough. I even remarked to the receptionist on way out how lovely he was. After suffering for 11 weeks the pills appear to be working, wish I would have seen him earlier. Sorry didn't get his name .....

Worse GP ever. I was there few years ago and a Muslim gp woman was treating me. Also blackmailing. She did ask me inappropriate questions such as what my religion and believes are.

Disgusting, disgraceful, patronising. Horrible staff that SHOULD NOT be allowed to mix with patients. Dr’s are OK but the reception staff need to learn how to speak to people. The answer machine when you ring says, rude patients will not be tolerated. It’s such a shame that it doesn’t include rude, receptionists, Only 2 stars and 50 reviews just shows you and 80% of the complaints are around the reception staff. I would really get rid of them and start again.

Dr King has been treating my husband and me for the past year. He is the most caring, helpful and patient doctor. We always feel reassured after seeing him.

This GP surgery is not that great. Their receptionist lacks respect and doesn't take responsibility for her actions. The doctors are kind and helpful though. Also the waiting room have some bad smell.

if I could zero stars I would. AVOID SURGERY. my elderly grandfather was refused a appointment here and told to go to a out of hours clinic (even though he called first at 8am) as they have changed their practice policy and cannot see anyone with a cough or throat problems. Baring in mind he was in there last week for this collecting test results for a camera they had out down his throat and found a lesion. As a medical professional I am disgusted with this treatment, I am also aware that any changes of practice policy affecting patients / appointments needs to be published on their website which ironically hasn’t been done since 2021.I will be making a formal complain and I will be in contact with the NHS complaints advocacy and Health Service Ombudsman.
