   I took my daughter to see Sarah for help, after trying for two months to get rid of eggs and lice. I used three different treatments - Vamousse, Well Pharmacy Own Brand and Derbac M (this is very strong and normally prescribed by doctors). NOTHING WORKED!! So, after three visits over three weeks to the lovely Sarah, my daughter's hair is 100% clear of eggs and lice. My daughter was quite nervous about the whole process but Sarah put her totally at ease, made her laugh and put on DVDs for her as well as giving her endless lollipops (which she loved ofcourse). Sarah really knows her stuff and if you are having problems like I did, then call her! She did infact tell me that most of the treatments have silicone in them, which basically glues the eggs more to the hair strands so I was fighting a losing battle from the beginning! I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough! I have also taken away the knowledge the hair should be tied up in school - in a bun or plait (not a pony tail as this is a nit ladder eh Sarah :-) Thank you so much Sarah - superstar lady xx

   If you ever get lice/nits Sarah is who you need! We found Sarah after our daughter had eggs in her hair. Never been through this before so was really worried on how to deal with them. Sarah took all the worry and embarrassment away. She explained everything and made me feel at ease. She made my daughter feel really comfortable and began to work away! She’s amazing we had one session to check the hair and remove any live or dead lice and all the eggs. We then returned a week later to check for any eggs or lice that might have hatched after. I’m so glad we done this and didn’t bother with any of the over the counter treatments as this was worth every penny. Would 100% recommend anyone going through the nit wars and wants to win the battle and save yourself time, money and stress levels by contacting Sarah. She will take all your nit worries away! She is literally the NIT BUSTER! You will leave educated on the horrible little mites and with new fresh hair. If you want to be nit/lice free call on Sarah she is great!!

   We can't thank Sarah enough for helping my husband, 3 children under 5, and me get rid of the lice! We booked last minute, as soon as my husband spotted them in my hair, and I am so happy we skipped all the "usual" treatments, shampoos, products, etc - it saved us so much time and money! Also, two of our children were still lice-free at that point, which Sarah determined upon checking them thoroughly, so it was really good we reacted early. She is such a kind, warm person and made the whole experience great for all of us. We have been lice-free ever since visiting her 3 months ago, and while we hope we won"t get lice again, we know where to go in case we do.

   When I called Sarah for help with our daughters lice, it was pretty much our final roll of the dice before shaving the lot off. We'd tried multiple shampoos, mousses, sprays, combs, coconut oil, tea tree, silent prayer, witchcraft... all to no avail. From the get-go, Sarah made my 3yo feel extremely relaxed – with a bit of help from Elsa and Anna – and went about destroying the lice we'd struggled with for a year. Sarah is not only an expert, she knows how to handle unruly kids (and frustrated adults), and she has a few good stories to tell too. We had to go back a couple of times to get the last few out, but it was actually a real pleasure to be at Sarah's place, and nothing like the hellish experience I'd imagined it to be. If you're having lice-mares, just go to Sarah!

   most people reading this will be trying to save their sanity as well as get rid of the creepie crawlies. Sarah was my needs answered today, after EIGHT MONTHS of trying everything, over and over. Sarah gave me back my hope from the first phone call and made the treatment easy and fun. Get to her ASAP and allow the stress to leave your life. She is the end of the nightmare and the magic doorway back to normal. Tonight, no combing, no lotions and potions all over the backroom, no bedding that will only stay on for one night, no scratching and itching, no desperation at bedtime.    I was at my wits end with my daughters hair, I tried near enough all the headlice lotions and potions nothing seemed to work her hair was becoming longer and thicker, also having allergic reactions to the lotions that it was a vicious circle. I came across Sarah and her website, a miracle had happened. It was expensive but totally worth it, what I had paid for the lotions and potions that didn’t work this sure did. Sarah is amazing, lovely lady and doesn’t judge you. The relief that was lifted off my shoulders in the one sitting. Sarah was brilliant as my daughter it T1D as it was a long progress Sarah was making sure she was ok and if she needed to test her bloods etc. My daughter got to pick dvds to watch while having it done. Would I recommend this procedure YES every step of the way.

   Sarah is a total queen!! I’ll never attempt another removal myself again now I know Hair Force can blitz the beasts with super technology and non toxic treatments. I’m so grateful that’s despite how busy she is Sarah manages to fit us ‘mums on the edge of a breakdown’ in and relive us of the nightmare of lice!

   I cannot thank Sarah and Heather enough. My daughter and her friend have literally spent a year or two sharing their nits and us Mums could never crack it - despite trying every treatment you can buy! Both our girls have long fine hair and lots of it, so Sarah and Heather got to work and now they are both nit free! They were a delight and made the girls feel very comfortable - it can be quite a long first session. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
