I joined the practice only in November 2025 and I am really impressed with the professional and caring conduct of the people I have come in contact with such as Chenny and Provena.it is always a delight to meet and speak with these ladies either in person or by phone. They are courteous, humble, calm to listen and always willing to help. I am very proud of these ladies: I am not patronising, I am commending them sincerely. I commend other patients to these very professional staff, they will enjoy their wide interests and professionalism. Ayoola Olaniyi

Very disappointed with the service. I requested a GP appointment on 28 October for postpartum concerns and had blood tests done, but nobody ever contacted me with the results or arranged a follow-up. I had to request another appointment yesterday (2 December), and the receptionist I spoke to this morning was unhelpful and couldn’t tell me how long I’d have to wait. As a postpartum patient, this lack of communication and support is unacceptable. I hope the practice improves its follow-up and patient care.

Been a patient over a year. Great caring , dedicated admin staff (esp Lucy, Sinead, Josephine, Julia) and front office practice managers (Hassan) and back office (Hugo). Everyone at surgery is obviously focused on constant improvement. Also praise for very dedicated and caring GP nurses (Nicola and Carlene). Easy to get thru on the phone. Phone app system is glitchy sometimes and over used when there is shortage of face to face appointments. There is no working phone messaging system between patients, surgery and GP within the Evergreen App although this would save everyone a lot of time and aggravation. This is just one of the reasons why GP experience, continuity and access is sometimes a frustrating, challenging and anxiety making problem at this practice (GP shortage everywhere in NHS ofc). Locums especially on the phone are common. Call surgery so staff can make appointment with appropriate doctor when your needs are more complex or challenging or urgent and you might luck out and access a very wonderful and experienced doctor.

As a new patient you may get a little confused, and anxious on how to navigate registration to your new surgery Appointments, and who to actually speak to... I.e; (doctor, nurse or receptionist) etc. I had the pleasure of speaking to a beautiful soul of a nurse, who was soo kind to my daughter and I, in speech and action that I wanted to invite her to our house. And a receptionist who not only listened to my query quietly and patiently, but who stayed on my phone guided me through how to set up the surgery app etc ... And although I personally think it is far too soon to award stars to the surgery as I am still new there, there were and are two people who deserve them, and that is that beautiful nurse we call repunzel, and that receptionist. Thank you Julie, those stars are for you.... Ms Campbell

I’ve been a patient at this surgery for many years, and I can’t speak highly enough of the care and support I’ve consistently received. The entire team from the reception staff to the nurses and doctors are always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Appointments are easy to book, and even during busy times, the staff go out of their way to accommodate and make sure you’re looked after.

I want to say a big thank you to Julia the receptionist for her professionalism, kindness and help. She was very supportive with getting my baby daughter the hospital referral she needed. Julia is one of a kind and it was definitely a pleasure meeting her. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great GP they always will do there best to help you get a same day appointment if you urgently need help. Kind staff and attentive doctors. I lived in many places, by far this is the best GP Practice. Despite all the strains on the NHS this GP provides great care.

Not much complain about the doctors but they certainly need better staff at the frontdesk. Its hard to see how people with so limited people skills (rude, no empathy, non accommodating) are put as the fist point of interaction with new and existing patients. They have very poor operations too. I will never recommend them.

A surprisingly good practice, considering the low level GPs across London. Greenwich Peninsula Practice is a clean & modern (to certain extent) surgery, with decent receptionists that are actually aware of their responsibilities and that are also efficient. However, the reason for the 5-star review is for one of the nurses Greenwich Peninsula Practice has. In my 9 years in London/ UK, I have never met a more professional and useful nurse as Miss Cristina Patriche. A high class nurse who cares for her patients, speaks respectfully and ensure to offer all her help to every single patient. I could not commend her more. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for caring and helping us, you are one of a kind!!!

I had a very nice experience with the Greenwich Peninsula Practice management team. Their individual and flexible approach was very appreciated and important for us. They are always there to help you and solve your problems any time. In fact, the management was never so involved in everyday activities before, like it is now, which is a very positive thing! With the reception, as well, despite some random misunderstandings in the beginning, the service has been improved very much. It is now way easier to get same day appointments than ever before. The dial-in queues are much shorter; the team is very responsive. The nurses and doctors are very caring and helpful and always do their best for you to get the quickest treatments and prescriptions given the restrictions and imperfections of the system. My family and I want to thank everyone in practice for all their continuous support! Special thanks to Sheeraz Hussain, the practice manager. Keep up the good work, team!
