    Not the best I'm afraid - wouldn't use them again. Went in for cryo lipo and they really didn't seem to know what they were doing. Inveigled to pay for a facial cryo as well - no difference at all - and no follow up. Buyer beware. Neither treatment worked and there was very little understanding [or interest] by the employees. With regard to the below - I was not told about follow up treatments; the photo of me was taken before the treatment; and lack of contact is down to laziness rather than data protection - I was made to sign a form which waived all my rights should problems occur!

    I dont know where to begin! I contacted this company to enquire about a Groupon offer. It took days for any reply. they advertised a FULL FACE HIFU WITH CHIN. When I eventually spoke to someone who was actually very polite initially she said it was just a jawline treatment to which I said the ad was a bit misleading. I got back in contact to ask about appointments - many messages, days went by - no reply. Tried email, text, facebook - I wanted to appointment before a wedding. Then they started messaging me back with what can only be described as verbal abuse. I was shocked! It's gone on and on and I've had to report them! they accused me of blackmail and all sorts! then I read their other reviews. It's a shame Groupon give them any business

    Booked a Hifu skin tightening treatment for £79 through Groupon. It took me 5 days to eventually speak to somebody to book it! Nobody ever picks up the phone. After booking i read reviews (BAD MISTAKE)...i actually contacted one lady and she is still seeing the doctor for burns to her face. God knows how this salon is still in business. Also got a FULL REFUND from groupon....unprofessional set up to say the least.

    I Had HIFU Skin tightening done back June the overall timing should be 40-45 minutes the lady said consultation is included I had my treatment only for 15 minutes including my consultation. Apparently I have a small face I don’t need much to do as the lady said and I should see the result within a week time normally you see result within 1 month well it’s been 2 months I have not seen any result at all. So please DO NOT DO IT. It not worth buying.

    Hello friends I thought I should share this with all of you, I have tried so many clinics but I have not been very happy then I went to Viva Clinic in Bow for my Skin Tightening treatment, they did HIFU on my face and I feel that I’m 10 years younger now. I was so happy that I did HIFU for my upper arms also as I had sagging skins, I have recently done the treatment so will let you know the result in 4 weeks’ time. I give 5 stars to this clinic, excellent staff and excellent facilities.
