   Been at this sugery for over 20 years. Have always found the doctors to be brilliant. How ever not receptioists. Used to be very abrupt and unhelpful. Had a few visits this last few weeks with ongoing health issues. My goodness what a fantasic change in reception. Very welcoming. Went out there way to assist me. Both on the phone and in person. As i said doctors have always been kind and helpful to me. All round brilliant service.

   I’ve been with this practice for 36 years now and the service has become abysmal Getting a doctors appointment is impossible the staff have become obnoxious, rude would be a compliment they clever out the phone down on you. Steer clear of this surgery.

   On the hole a lot better lately. Walk in clinic is very good. Listening to friends and family talk about their GPs i think Welling clinic is much better than others. Im always able to speak to a member of staff and get a quick appointment.

   I have been a patient of this surgery for last 4 years or so and have recently registered my child as well. Never had problem with appointments, e-consult or any request. The reception staff are kind and friendly. The clinicians are professional and caring. When I emailed the practice last time about some request, it was actioned and replied on the same day. I do not recall waiting on the telephone queue for too long. NHS is working under extremely high pressure and as patients, we also need to understand this. Thank you wellington practice and its staff for my positive experience. Keep up the good work.

   It's a very very good place to see your G.p in any physical health and mental health difficulties, the G.p doctors ,and receptionist are always there to listen to you ,and to help you in any health problems you are struggling with as well .the staffs receptionist are very helpful lovely ❤❤❤❤ and understanding with the G.p doctors as well . So my overoll review score for wiling medical practice my G.p score out of 5 is : 5 out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

   I haven’t had one good experience at this gp. The doctors just rush through walk in appointments and don’t address issues properly I was refused antibiotics for a chest infection thats made me terribly sick and as someone who suffers with asthma the chest infection is much worse I was told to take paracetamol even though I’ve said I’ve tried painkillers, soup, teas literally everything. I was still told I wasn’t sick enough for antibiotics. A doctor surgery should make u feel welcome and safe. But now I feel like I can’t go to them for anything because they do not help!
