Been battling what felt like either frozen shoulder or a pinched nerve. Having not slept for around a week or so, and trying pain relief and stretching (advised by GP), nothing was working. Saw Steve yesterday and had a decent night's sleep and the least amount of pain from my shoulder and arm I've felt in ages. Brilliant guy. Woke up with a strain/crick in my neck, couldn't really turn my head left or right. Called Tubbenden Osteo and was able to get an appointment with Steve within the hour. I've just come out and after a good conversation and some massage & manipulations on my back, Steve has left me feeling 100 times better. I'll be going back again if I feel even the slightest twinge. Great local business, and a lot cheaper than a chiropractor! I recommend you drop in if you have any problems at all.
Steve is absolutely brilliant! I've had numerous back problems and running injuries over the years and Steve has sorted them every time in a single session. He's helped my wife on many occasions too and after one visit my daughter's year long knee problem was gone within a week. Can't recommend him highly enough.
