   I had 4 sessions with James. Firstly he is an incredible physio. Extremely knowledgeable and he really took time to understand the demands of my sport so that he could recommend bespoke activities or help strengthen and heal my injury. He takes time to really get to the bottom of the injury physically, but is one of the best guys I have ever had in terms of the psychological element of injury. He is personable and witty, so the sessions feel relaxed. He took time to explain how the shockwave works and what was really impressive was the way he outlined how my training should adapt during the week after the session. The actual place is spotlessly clean and ran perfectly to time. Booking was easy. The results of the shockwave seem to be excellent and I am confident of a full return to training soon. I would give James 10/10 and strongly recommend the entire organisation.

   My mum in law had treatments there while she was staying with us. When she arrived she was struggling a lot with her feet. She was very happy with her experience at Jon W sports injury. The treatment helped, she was provided with the exercises that she will continue. She left the country in much better state then when she arrived. Shockwave therapy seems to have helped
