Had a smear test with Nada today and I was a little worried about as noone is looking forward to this sort of appointments. I have ro tell you ladies, that everything went well and quick, no pain at all. I worried for nothing, she made me feel relaxed, had a small chat before too. Nada is so kind and welcoming and it is highly recommended to get this done if you haven't yet.

I had a great experience with being at Kenwood Medical Centre, especially with the lovely receptionist and Nurse Nada. I have had a wound for a pretty long time and no matter how many wound clinic appointments I went to I never saw much progress in healing or would experience delayed healing. Coming here and having appointments with Nurse Nada was when I saw real progress with my wound healing in such a short period of time, so very grateful! She was very knowledgeable on what to do and so I saw effective results.
Went for a blood test today and was told that if I wouldn't wear a mask they wouldn't do my blood test and that I should go elsewhere. Apart from being exempt from wearing a mask and having 4 covid-19 vaccinations it made no difference. This is the 1st and last time I will be using this centre. So it seems even if you have a condition that renders you EXEMPT it counts for nothing. Absolutely scandalous
I am shocked that this practice is still operating! S**** and the other staff here are so rude to the patients. They are not polite and professional. They need to be trained properly especially on how to deal with calls otherwise patients will leave this practice. The doctors here are patient, approachable and professional whereas the people at the reception are disrespectful.
Myself and my family have been patients at this practice for 20 years now. Whilst there are some positives as to the way it is run it is let down by the poor organisation for booking of appointments. Any call after 11am gets the standard response "fully booked" and "try calling at 8am for an urgent appointment". Calling at 8am end up in a long queue of dull repetitive on hold music only to play the lottery of winning an "urgent" appointment. Trying to book online via patient access results in either no available or such limited appointments a week in advance. I appreciate the appointment system is one that many practices struggle with but perhaps the management can deploy tools like mystery shopper and more automated tools to alleviate the inadequate booking system.
Been going here for years. My son is registered here too. Dr V Konathala & Dr Desai are great. I've never had issues getting an appointment or being seen. Sadaf runs the place like clockwork and she's fantastic, always ready and willing to help or explain things. I genuinely don't want to ever leave this surgery cos I know for a fact no other surgery will take care of us at this level
Very good GP practice. The staff and Dr. Is so helpful and very cooperative. Dr. Take times to listen carefully and no rush to get rid of you. Specially in Corona pandemic situation they all go extra miles to help the patrons. My wife's got arthritis and sometimes she suffered a lot, but surgery always there to help her. We wishing them all a very best of luck for their health and well-being and bright future.
