They are horrible with cutomers. I called yesterday and ask for an appointment at 17:30 o'clock, she said the doctor is not available and ask me for another day, i said then book me for next day at 17:30 o'clock, she said yes, and when i came to attend the appointment, there is no appointment because I didn't confirm it, how came if i called and I said i want the appointment. They have no respect at all.
