   Probably the worst GP service I’ve been registered with. Now the online triage service has been introduced, I didn’t think it could get worse but it indeed has. Most of the GPs are good…. If you ever get to one. Already started to move myself and family across to another service. They took 4 weeks to book me in for a blood test, which they cancelled 2 weeks before the appointment VIA TEXT MESSAGE WITHOUT REASON. In that time I had registered with another practice, had the blood tests, results and booked in got a follow up. Terrible GP service.

   I’m very disappointed with the service at this surgery. If you think you have a serious health issue, please don’t waste your time here, I learned this the hard way. I took my time to fill out the online form carefully, listing all my symptoms and explaining the history of my condition. Despite that, I received a text asking me to book an in-person appointment because it “needed to be discussed in person.” I rearranged my work and childcare to attend one of the few available appointments. After waiting 45 minutes, the clinician asked why I was there (which is fair enough), so I explained everything again. She looked at me and said, “I don’t think we can do anything else.” How can you say that to someone who’s sick? Why call me for an in-person appointment if you can’t help? And why wasn’t any explanation given about what “nothing else” meant? I’m now seeing a private GP, and the difference is like night and day. Honestly, you could suffer serious consequences here due to negligence. If you can afford it, please don’t waste your time here. Such a shame because this is people’s health, it should be taken very seriously. I should note that this review is about the actual diagnosis and being able to accurately assess people. Receptionists and the facilities are okay

   A family member submitted an online form and still hasn't been contacted after 2 weeks ... they initially turned up at the surgery in the hope of an emergency appointment as they were in severe discomfort but was turned away (the waiting room only had 2 people in it) ...absolutely dreadful service. What's the point in submitting a form online if triage can't be bothered...you'd think you'd be a little more efficient given this new system has only just cone into effect.

   The staff at this practice have been exceptionally warm and caring. I feel like they have really taken time and effort to understand my worries. Right from the moment I stepped in the surgery and greeted by the receptionist to seeing the doctor, everyone was so wonderful. I truly felt like an excellent level of care was given

   I’ve always had a positive experience at this surgery. The reception staff are polite, efficient, and do their best to help with appointments and queries. The doctors take time to listen and explain everything clearly, which really puts me at ease. I appreciate how thorough they are with follow-ups, tests and referrals when needed. The nurses are also very kind and supportive. Overall, I feel well cared for every time I visit, and I’m grateful to have such a reliable GP surgery in my area.

   Doctors are wonderful, however impossible to get through on the phone. It's quicker to walk there if you can.

   You simply can not contact this surgery by phone. I have been phining since 8:45 on redial. Am up to over 45 minutes and 145 calls and still just engaged. They either have nobody anserving the phones or they need more capacity. This is a dangerous situation that will just lead to patients phoning the terrible 111 service or 999..... Truly awful service!
