Having Hypnotherapy from Trizia, in the first lockdown via zoom sessions, was hugely beneficial for me. During the sessions she helped me deal with anxieties I felt throughout that trying time. By teaching me how to intelligently control my responses to stressful situations. I listened to the session she recorded for me to fall asleep to which helped me relax and get into a deeper sleep pattern, which in turn enabled me to feel better.
