   22/2/24 Another excellent visit. Felicity always goes above and beyond with advice and treatment and spent time filming my running and then reviewing this to provide more exercise and rehab solutions. My leg continues to make great progress. Felicity is very thorough and the treatment and exercises have really supported my recovery and I am running regularly at last! Following the fantastic work Felicity did with my shoulder she is now helping me with some running injuries impacting my calf’s. As before the diagnosis has been spot on and the rehab exercises are really making a difference together with the massage / manipulation Felicity completed in the meeting. First class service that is making a massive difference to me I used Felicity at Bodysmiths to fix a decade long shoulder problem impacting my swimming. Felicity is brilliant. She spends time understanding the problem, the causes etc before recommending solutions. Every session was very specific for my needs and she provided excellent rehab workouts. I can’t believe the improvement and I am now swimming pain free for the first time in years!

   Felicity is a phenomenal Osteopath, I work with Felicity to manage Scoliosis and the impact of desk work whilst preparing my body to build strength and flexibility for lofty goals relating to Gymnatics, Callisthenics and Dancing! Felicity will genuinely partner with you to achieve sustainable wellbeing and performance. She is always extreemly thorough in her assessment and takes a holistic approach to getting you in top form. She asks great questions to get to the root cause of what is causing the physical problem - not only in your body, but in your life - be that your exercising style or routine, posture whilst working, stress management, mindset, sleeping position, pillows, matresses, shoes - the lot! She helps you to set priotities and goals for making the changes in your own life that will help keep pain and injury from recurring and then then fulfills her part of the deal and works her magic. Next session, she will hold you accountable by following up on those agreements and actions in a non-judgmental and practical way - understanding the balance between "the perfect world" and the "practical world" - which is an important balance to strike for anyone who has a high achievement drive. I would highly Felicity - not just for a short-term fix, but to achieve sustainable peak performance in whichever sport you pursue.
