The receptionists at the practice are extremely unprofessional. They discuss patients and laugh about them loudly. They laugh at people who don't know how to speak English and are rude to patients. They always cancel appointments last minute and give misinformation via text. When confronted about this, they are very rude. They also talk very loudly and many times talk about their own personal issues as well as flirt.

Not sure if it is the system or the people working at this surgery, but why do you need to keep ringing everyday to make an appointment??? If you do not have any available appointments for the next two days, give me the appointment for the third day!! Let's stop wasting our time every single day: ringing, waiting and telling you to call the following day! I want to think that most of the people are working, and cannot spend so much time just to make a simple appointment; if on the other hand everyone is on benefits and they do not care about wasting so much time, then I understand; but at the end of the day, who is going to pay for the NHS? And the most funny thing, if you cannot keep calling to the surgery, they ask you to fill in a form on their website, this would be an alternative...., but NOT!! Every single time you go on line and try to reach the mentioned form, a message ("OUTSIDE OF CORE HOURS") will stop you reaching the desired form. At least, we have two options: keep ringing or keep going on line!!! Please, let's think about it a little bit, and I am pretty sure that someone on the system will come up with a better idea; otherwise, it would be a really worrying situation.

My experience was great, the doctor was empathetic, informative and reassuring. He sought advice from a senior colleague when he needed to double check something. The senior colleague was similarly clear, kind and well-informed. The receptionist sang happy birthday to a child who was waiting to be seen - it was quite touching. Their website could use some work, but hope this positive experience gives some context to the other negative reviews on here.

Had a pleasant experience with this surgery. Brought my elderly mum for her appointment. The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. We waited no more than 5 minutes and met with a very kind and friendly Dr. Glad my mum is with this surgery.

Booking an appointment is very hard. You either have to call between 8 to 9am or 2 to 3pm, and you can be on hold for about 45 minutes to 1 and a half hours. When they do answer past 9 or 3, they tell you that you can't book an appointment because it's too late. Lately I've been trying to book an appointment for the past 3 weeks and I've been told they are fully booked. This is absolutely ridiculous. If patients are being told this, no wonder they are going to A&E. Most of the receptionists are very rude too and it seems they dont want to anything. This surgery needs to hire receptionists who can do their jobs properly.

The Gps try their best but reception team except Sarah and Sam are rude and unhelpful. I would think that they would empathise a bit more seeing mostly ill people call in but they are so quick to get you off the phone. Online consultations don't work, when you call no appointments what's the point.

To the two Asian female receptionists who just turned away an innocent citizen. Please can you both explain to the world's governing body, the World Health Organisation and NHS England. How they would define what good health is? With this kind of service, are they worthy of having a pay rise?

I have always had a great experience here. Yes it is hard to get an appointment and you can see the guys are working under so much pressure during this time. But I have always been given an appointment. Sam at reception is the best...stern when needs to be but the nicest and friendliest receptionist I have come across. Thank you for calling me back today when the phone lines were dead you truly helped an anxious patient in need.

My 70 year old grandma walked to the gp at 8am in the morning to book a same day appointment as she doesn’t know how to use the phone, they told her they don’t have any appointments and that my grandma should come back at 2pm. My grandma then came back at 2pm for them to then tell her she cannot book an appointment like that and she needs to call. At this point, I’m better off self diagnosing with Google than even trying to book an appointment with this gp.
