    They are totally careless. I called GP to book an appointment for vaccine. They said someone call you back for appointment. Than I received a call yesterday and she told me can you come tomorrow at 9:30 am. Than I went there and the lady from reception said your appointment booked on 23/1/2023. I explained her that I received a called yesterday and you can checked it. She said I can’t do nothing. She was very rude.

    I was in the queue for 22 minutes to book an appointment for my newborn baby. As soon I was next in the queue, the call was cancelled!!! I'm not impressed at all! Previous appointment with the midwife have gone really well, and personal appointment for myself have been good, hence my star rating is 4/5. Calling to book an appointment is just an inconvenience and a nightmare!
