One of the worst surgery I ever had in my life. They will give you appointments for next month. Unprofessional staff. Just wastage of time. If you wanna die then join this surgery. Good luck.

most horrible GP there is in east london staff are not helpful at all, appointments keep on getting cancelled and no one actually does anything to help you, you could be going through something that needs care and they will tell you to just look online and wait until someone gets back to you. Unbelievable

I had an appointment with Advance Nurse Practitioner Olufunke Durotoye and I have serious concerns about the way I was treated and about how my records were documented, as they were falsified to protect her unprofessional behaviour. I have now started the official NHS complaints process and will be pursuing legal advice. If any other patients feel they have been treated unprofessionally, I would strongly encourage you to raise your concerns through the NHS complaints process so that they are properly investigated.

I am very pleased with the staff at this practice, the nursing team have been very helpful and caring, especially the HCA Shemona. The reception team have been very accommodating and lovely, they are all so nice and helpful. Jennifer and Humayra in particular have always been here to help when I can. As a whole, the staff at this surgery have been nothing but helpful and kind! Dr Daramola and Dr Faruq are the best doctors I have had the pleasure of being under the care of. I cannot fault my experience!

I’ve recently moved to the area. Therefore had to move GP. I am so pleasantly surprised by the efficiency, professionalism and politeness of the reception staff. I’ve recently dealt with Tracy who has been just amazing and do very helpful. The doctors are great too. All the staff deserve a medal as I have seen first hand how they are treated ‘badly’ by the patients. Well done everyone at market street surgery

The receptionist are horrible. All they do is gossip instead of staying on their desks to attend. On phone calls, you could be the first in the queue yet they take hours to answer the call and im sure they hear the phone ring they just don’t bother to answer. ridiculous

This Gp must need to shut down. I'm pregnant and recently moved in this gp. Trying to book an appointment from last 1 week but in 8 am in the morning the ph line is busy for 2 hours after that there is no appointment. Went there and got online access but from 5pm till 9 pm I'm continuously trying to get an appointment but it's also says your gp don't have any appointments To book. I'm afraid now what to do.

You’ll have to wait a few hours on hold to ever speak to anyone, even if you are “first in queue”. When they answer, you’ll hear a lot of background noise and they won’t talk, put you back on hold. Mondays you’ll almost definitely not get an appt as the line will keep being cut off. Fridays they will just keep you on hold. They had Patient Access which was better as don’t have to deal with their ridiculous booking service staff. But they suddenly decided to scrap that and stay within the stone ages of call at 8 and forever remain on hold. Would not recommend this surgery due to the poor booking service and front of house staff.

If there is any option to give negative star sign, I would very happy to give that. This GP is very unprofessional. All the receptionists are very rude and very unprofessional. Never pick up the phone call by half an hour. Even, after pick up the phone, their voice alway so harsh. I applied for PCO licence, for this reason I need GP certificate, I paid 110 pounds for this reason but the doctor did not fill up properly. After then, TFL asked me to fill up it by GP again and sent them by 28 days otherwise TFL will withdraw my application where I already paid about 700 pound with application fees and topographical test training. I visited to GP, requested to receptionist, she don't want to listen me anything. Very rude. She kept the, form and told me we will contact when it will fill up by doctor. I said I need to sent it to TFL by 28 days, she said we can't give guarantee how long it will take. No professionalism, no service. Its all about I can say very very very very disappointed by this GP.

If I could give ZERO star, I would. Poor service through and through. I have a young child and they don’t offer anything to her including flu vaccine. Takes ages to take in call -that is if they answer at all. Always give excuses of ‘short of staff’ when service is slow. But I could even see them chit chatting and not attending to work. Poor work ethics from top to bottom!! And bare in mind, I’m a doctor!!
