   Person named Katie is extremely rude for no reason and makes you feel uncomfortable. if english is not your first language she will just roll her eyes at you and speak in a very rude, unnecessary tone.

   had such a great experience thanks to the receptionist, Fedelah, and the nurse, Mandy. Even though I first spoke to Fedelah over the phone, she was extremely polite, professional, and kind. She made me feel welcomed right away and helped answer my questions clearly. When I arrived, Nurse Mandy continued that same level of care — she was warm, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. Both of them went above and beyond to make the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated their kindness and would highly recommend them.

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Care & Kindness I’ve been to this clinic twice now, and each visit has been nothing short of amazing. On my first visit, I didn’t know what to expect, but I was met with kindness, patience, and genuine care. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, heard, and respected. In a world where good customer service can be rare, this clinic stands out. I actually look forward to my appointments because I know I’ll be treated with warmth and professionalism. Thank you to the wonderful team for making such a difference!

   Worse clinic ever. Avoid at all costs. They will have you waiting for a long time and allow all types of walk ins before you’re actually seen. Also avoid being seen by “Sam”. He is extremely unhelpful and really unprofessional.

   Never had a good experience with this place. Calling them at 8am on the dot to be held in a line for over 30 mins just to get told the nurse will call ok the following day and then that gets rescheduled!! Every single day they have shortage of nurses or they’re off sick. They really need to do better as there is no other clinic in the area! Last time I was number 20 on the phone line at 8 in the morning! Please Barking do better!!

   As much as i appreciate the service existing and the staff are nice when you actually manage to get there, the phone lines are so shockingly bad. I come here every 6 months to pick up a prescription. Today is probably the 5th or 6th time that i've been on the phone since the lines open at 8am, in the wait queue and CUT OFF when almost getting to speak to someone 8 TIMES. By the time you've been on hold several times for an hour there's no point trying because all the appointments for that day have been taken and you need to try your chances again the next morning. Ridiculous

   Honestly I’ve had the worst experience with this clinic. Cancelling my appointments and booking them wrong on there part and not offering me any kind of help other than to wait 4 weeks to be seen from their mess up. The lack of knowledge they have on birth control and the effects they have on conditions such as Endometriosis, Adenomyosis and fibroids. I will never recommend someone use them. If I could put 0 stars, I would.
