Very pleasant visit to this surgery, Friday 21st November (which is not my usual one in Upney Lane) to see Dr Parker for a procedure to my knee. Despite my lateness, due to traffic etc, was still seen by Dr Parker, who took time to explain everything carefully in lay persons terms and answered any questions I had. Procedure was carried out gently and with little pain. Good advice and information given, with follow up call booked to check on wellbeing in a week's time. Extremely happy with NHS service received at this surgery, would recommend to friends and family.

The reception lady Maureen is absolutely lovely and Dr Ahmed is my absolute favourite doctor. She’s very patient and she really takes her time to listen to me. I rang up this morning and I got the same day appointment. I was seen by a lovely Doctor Who was very professional. X

Please tell your patients/staff not to mount the pedestrian crossing to park on the footpath, that is in frequent use, that leads to the nursery. Very dangerous and illegal to even be parking there! Every car that does so will be photographed and reported. Sort it out!

My 16 year old daughter. As never been given proper counselling never been listen to. She was diagnosed with anerexia nervosa. She eats all her foods was under weight by 1 stone. The way my daughter as been treated as been discussing every thing these people Dr suri as put my daughter through sectioned her 4 days into being attmitted for treatment at hospital. had her physically arrested from her house. My daughter should have been discharged from queens hospital but these people organised a armoured ambulance to take my daughter to a tier 4 hospital miles away.from her family my daughter as never had proper therapy by these people. My daughter as been put through hell being sectioned for being a stone under weight she as been confined to a bed for 3 weeks. As to sleep on a air bed as been given no dignity by the 1 to 1 that watches her toilet and shower. She isn't being allowered out of bed. Even now. My daughter just wants to come home but all this what these so called professional have done she as lost weight. I want my beautiful daughter home she does not come in the catergry of an eating disorder she eats all her food she don't make herself sick she don't self harm so why treat an innocent child like this how these people sleep at night knowing the suffering and upset they have caused I will be getting a solicitor no child should be treated this way..my daughter is still on section 2 which should not of happened. It's been so hard the pain I feel. Thinking of my daughter she as had all observations from queens hospital till now day 17 of section. I've got all records of her stay at queen's. she is healthy just under weight. I will be getting legal advice a diary of every single day as been noted.

The way they show no empathy and no understanding is beyond disgusting. I spoke to Dr Mak and I think any woman looking to speak to a doctor at this surgery should avoid him. He was dismissive, argumentative and I think his dream was to be a detective and not a doctor considering he was more interested in asking his list of questions to eventually shut me down instead of listening to any of my concerns.

Disgusting service. My 82 year old grandma who has diabetes. Has had to go a whole week without her medication because of the shambolic practices between here and Thomas pharmacy. Medication was sent last month. The pharmacy said it was given. Both places been sending me back and forth all week. I even changed pharmacist and I still haven't got the tablets. Reception said they would call me back this morning. No call. Trying to get through on the phone is a joke. Unnecessarily long answer phone message. How is it that something so important can be treated so trivial from lazy people who can't be bothered to do their jobs.

Good practice from reception team to doctors. On reception a lady called Maureen never likes to book any appointments in so if you get through to her the call is basically a waste of you're time. Everyone else is lovely! Dr Patel is exceptionally amazing with my little one and she's always very very friendly.

Impossible to get the right appointments, being told you’re being charged days after the procedures are done, why wasn't I charged straight after? insisting I make bank transfers over the phone days later to a doctor who’s name is 20 characters long (no offence), arriving at the practice and being told that card payments aren’t accepted? What type of dental practice is this? We are at a stage where Covid 19 is still with us and you’re expecting me to carry around cash? Even banks have raised the contactless limit to £100. I will be changing practice immediately.

Do not call their number. It's a premium number so you'll be charged for the call (even if you have unlimited minutes) - very irresponsible for a doctor/dentist to have this sort of number, especially without warning people. Ridiculous.

No one ever, ever picks up the phone. And whenever I need them, it's closed. No point
