Receptionist is pretty pointless. Just points you where to sit while playing on their phone. No check in to confirm you've arrived. Thankfully the physio is more professional. Also parking can be quite difficult.

I think the reviews here a little old-dated and misleading. I went here for a walk-in blood test, and you need to go in with your form, sit in the chairs in the waiting area and they have people take the test in chair order. Staff was kind and helpful, but I’d suggest people to come in before 10 because I came at around 9.15 and there were 10 people waiting before me. At around 10 the receptionist lady distributed the tickets and they start testing at 10.30.

Referred here for physio. No wait, on time, free parking, clean reception, efficient reception staff and a very friendly and straightforward physio (Josh) who was able to assess, offer exercises and book in for a follow up. Lots of bad reviews here but I cannot complain at all.

Today, I came in for a blood test an hour before the scheduled start time. However, I and the others who arrived after me, including a very elderly lady, were told to wait outside with no seating provided. Furthermore, the receptionist did not provide us with tickets, leading to a chaotic and stressful situation as people randomly picked tickets, ignoring the proper queue. This treatment of the public is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

I'm really disappointed with the service here. It used to be a decent spot to get a ticket for a blood test, but now you have to stand outside, which is tough if you're not feeling well. They only give out tickets until 10 a.m., which seems unfair. The management needs to reconsider this policy because it feels disrespectful. Most people coming in for blood tests are already unwell, so why should they have to wait outside in a queue? I can't recommend this place anymore.

We have only had blood tests here, very convenient as within walking distance. Never had any problems with being seen quite promptly & the blood nurse is always very cheery & caring. I cannot comment about other departments... Thankyou...

I was discharged because I cried and had an anxiety attack in late 2017. I wasn't even advised that I was discharged I just didn't get another appointment as promised. I mean... What are they there for! I used to live in London and had fantastic support there.. I hoped for the same level here but when I was suicidal all I received was an unsympathetic, rude Senior Social Worker who stated that she has never had anyone complain about her and I was the first! I threatened to report her to my local MP because of the way she treated me. I would have panic attacks whenever I saw their number come up on my phone and wouldn't/couldn't answer it... They would only call (all on the same day) when I complained to GP about them. Yes. Fantastic service! Keep up the good work! You really know how to kick someone in the teeth when they are at their most vulnerable!! Way to go!!

Really is disgusting that there is no way to speak to them unless you actually turn up on the doorstep which I did and physiotherapist were not working on a Friday. So I wrote a message left in the desk asking to change my appointment on the Monday and to confirm if this was possible. Got no call so I had to the other appointment that clashed and so I turned up. After 45 mins I noticed someone going in with my therapist? On enquiry she presumed I’m not coming (I was in the waiting room) so I had to re book. Very unfortunately I was suddenly admitted into hospital so I couldn’t make the re arranged appointment 2 weeks later and tried to inform them to no joy for several day calling above numbers from my hospital bed. Eventually I get through to someone I think main reception and asked them to leave a message asking for a call back. Again nothing and I made final attempts to call and Phone as usual ringing off. SORT IT OUT FFS!

I am disgusted at how the phone is only ever answered one in four times - if you're lucky, the midwives are hardly ever available, the reception staff are often rude/unhelpful, it never opens on time and the blood test system is a joke
