   This review refers to the physiotherapy crew upstairs ("Oxleas NHS"?), not the downstairs area with what I assume is the GP clinic (with the rather abysmal rating). The physio people upstairs have been brilliant all the way through, professional, and took time to explain all the options to me. Thumbs up.

   Worst doctors I've ever been to and I've moved around the country a lot and been to a lot of doctors this one is the worst by a absolute long shot terrible service terrible reception always closed literally the shutter is always down. The doctors are useless and it's incredibly hard to get a appointment that you don't have to wait for weeks to be seen. My last appointment I had to wait 3 weeks. I also asked for a appointment to discuss my medication and dosage and raised concerns on how to ng the appointment would take and they sent me a email for repeat prescription without an appointment to discuss my dosage and my worry. I filled out the email prescription anyways as needed more medication. I never got a email back and the prescription never got sent to the pharmacy. I stopped my tablets because I couldn't be bothered with the hassle. Only mental health went down hill im now back in another tablet and the online system won't let me book and appointment for some reason and I have half a tablet left back at square one once again. This doctors is incredibly and unbelievably shockingly bad avoid

   How comes we can not book an appointment online after normal people finish work at 5.30pm? It's online for a reason so it's easy work for staff and supposedly convenient and efficient for patients. Such a pathetic service. Patients might as well either leave themselves not to bother getting any treatment or go to A&E at this rate! Age of death will a lot younger with pathetic services like this. Only can book appointments online during opening hours and receptionists apparently cannot make any appointments! Wow! That's duty of care for you.

   Very disappointed, We saw a male nurse called Anan very unprofessional and rude, he didn’t listen to anything my daughter wanted to say, he saw that my daughter’s leg was very infected pus was everywhere around the area and told her that is normal and put a bandage on it, we ended going to another hospital, plus he was taking personal calls while seeing us. I know we are in need of doctors and nurses but please at least make sure to find people that know what they are doing.

   I took my brother here 3 weeks ago appointment at his doctors wasn’t for another week soon as we got there waited 10 minutes saw the nurse. She was brilliant after straight in to see the doctor made a diagnose that my brother had pneumonia needed to go to the Darenth hospital asap . My brother had pneumonia sepsis had to go on oxygen with low blood pressure if it wasn’t for erith clinic my brother wouldn’t have survived a week, to see his own doctor Big thank you to the staff well done and to the receptionist

   Shambles, needs to be closed down! My partner took our 7 month old daughter there advised by 111, fair enough it was busy but so is every health Center these days. Took her due to her breathing and drowsiness. They listend to her chest and “couldnt hear anything” even though you could clearly hear it without any special tools, took her home and nearly had a panic attack because she couldn’t breath. Went straight to A&E and she was told she had croup and had to have steroids. The place was filthy and needed a good general clean. Suppose it is in erith so what can you say?!

   We met dermatologist dr Nadim Niman Unfortunately, it was disrespectful He has no right to say why you are here and I don't need a medical exam! I want to tell him that you are a doctor, you do not pay the examination out of your pocket, he should understand that I am a citizen here in Britain and have the full right to free treatment for me and my family. I hope he will read my words and treat patients better and appropriately

   Never could get urgent health care. Booked appointment and only to get one in 31 days time. Wow! Even when I called the line, took years to get response, after the response, was told I'll get a call back to fix an appointment. Had to wait a while day and didn't get a call back. Did a walk in and yet, got a month appointment with the doctor. NHS needs to see to Erith Health center. It's condition isn't good and can't help in times of crises. More or less just an office, no health care professionals on site, anytime. I also tried to book on the NHS app, told it was connected to my GP, but was false. Even the staff aren't happy or seem happy. Was terrifying going there. I wish I could afford an alternative.

   Wow! Speaking as someone who has been a receptionist for over 40 years I can categorically state that the receptionist I spoke to was a real piece of work! Rude is not the word! I actually called in error as I am a newly registered pt with Bexley Medical Group and did not realise there were 2 practices sharing the same building. I assume other people have made the same mistake and contacted this practice. The receptionist was rude and abrupt but did give me the correct number. I can only express my gratitude that I am not registered here and would suggest to the practice manager that she or he speak to their staff as soon as possible as it will have a negative effect on their practice reputation. Judging from the Google reviews they can’t afford this!
