Wow! I have been so amazed with the care and treatment with Jane. She took the time to give me an in depth consultation and answered all my queries so clearly and in detail. The results of my treatment are so aesthetically pleasing and she has tailored the treatment to my face shape and proportions for best results. At the start of my treatments the service was great and the staff were really helpful. Halfway through my 10 sessions my appointments began to be moved/cancelled due to staffing issues and after that the service dropped which affected the regrowth. Sunscreen/aloe vera was not applied after laser treatments unless prompted and having discussed further sessions I was disappointed to not be contacted with available appointment dates as discussed. Due to this reason i have found an alternative clinic.
I believe there has been a bit of a staffing issue at Sevenoaks branch however this worked in my Favour or as i had the wonderful Hayley who works at other branches. She was absolutely amazing! She was professional, knowledgeable and friendly everything you would want from a therapist! I couldn't have been happier with how the treatment went and ahe explained ever part . From start to finish i felt super comfortable and would love to have another session from her again in the future ! Thank you for making my first lazer experience the best !!!
I have been coming to the Skin Clinic in Sevenoaks for a while for hydrofacials and hair removal. Caroline and her team are amazing; highly professional, organised and super friendly & I have seen great results from my facials. I can’t recommend this clinic highly enough. Thank you ladies!
Appalling customer service. To book, or alter an appointment, I am regularly on the phone for over an hour. The cost of laser hair removal versus the service a sk:n customer receives do not add up. This is a negligent company with little care for their clients. Would recommend you look to their competitors for better service and quality of care.
My consultation went very smoothly and all the staff were very helpful. The Day of my surgery went perfect Dr Ruben Kannan & Caroline made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure . I’m so pleased and grateful to them and would highly recommend. Five Stars from me .
This was my first visit to the Sevenoaks SK:N Clinic. The reception staff were very welcoming. The nurse was excellent, we talked through all aspects of the microneedling before the facial took place. Very happy with the results. I will definitely be going back for further treatments.
The service was absolutely perfect as always. You are made to feel so welcome and comfortable on every visit. Francesca's knowledge in her field is second to none which also helps to put you at ease. Can't wait to try the hydrafacial next week!
The team here in Sevenoaks are not only extremely professional, but very friendly, fun, and attentive to your needs and questions. I feel very well looked after, great knowledge and care has been taken at every visit I've had with them. They put every effort to make sure that I'm getting what I expected, managing expectations well as well as offering good advice post and pre treatment. In spite of current restrictions they've managed to keep a safe operation going and I feel very comfortable attending my treatment even now. Their pricing is fair and reasonable and have some good deals available, and have been very supportive in that respect. It is a pleasure to go here not only for my treatment which has been world class, but for the wonder human interaction also offered.
