   Just come out of a vaccine appointment with Abby, after the nurse at our local surgery was out sick and they managed to squeeze us in. The receptionist was kind and polite, but we are so grateful for Abby especially! Neither me or my husband are good with needles, and she had to administer 3 to each of us, but she did it so swiftly and calmly that we couldn’t have asked for better. She was incredibly attentive and patient and we’re so so pleased she was our nurse! Thank you, Abby!

   Have to say got no complaints about the king Harolds way surgery, always find the receptionists friendly and professional, can be hard getting an appointment but think that is the same at all surgeries at the moment. Recently saw Dr Samra who has to be one of the nicest Dr's I've ever met, very professional but caring and friendly at the same time.

   I would not even give it a 1 start. I am extremely disappointed with the service at this doctor's surgery. They do not take their patients seriously, and it’s nearly impossible to get an appointment. There appears to be no real duty of care for their patients. I recently requested an emergency prescription, only to find that the doctor hadn't even looked at it or acknowledged it. The reception staff were incredibly rude and disrespectful—when I expressed my concerns, they laughed and told me I’d have to wait until tomorrow, showing complete insensitivity. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor’s surgery to anyone; it’s frustrating and disheartening to feel dismissed and unheard at a place meant to support your health.

   This has to be the worst GP I have ever experienced! If there was an option to give -1mm stars even that would not be enough. The doctors are extremely good however it is impossible to get any appointments- regardless of whether you go in person, call at 8am, try to book one of the 3 weeks in advance appointments or fill the econsult. All they ever say is go to urgent care. The treatment from the reception staff is just the icing on the cake. They dont have any empathy nor humanity and lets not even talk about competency. Understand that NHS as a whole is stretched but this GP seem to be the particularly impacted. Avoid Avoid Avoid - No, I do not recommend this GP AT ALL!

   They have more receptionists than doctors and trying to see a doctor or even get through to anyone to speak to requires a degree !

   Excellent service from everyone at the Bexley Medical Group. Dr Malik is a fantastic GP, I am so grateful for his support with my mother. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. He really makes the effort to ensure that everything is okay and to escalate appointments where necessary. Despite the additional pressure and strain from the pandemic, he still ensures that each case is reviewed properly and all follow up actions are completed. Thank you for the excellent service and care.
