   I am extremely disappointed with the service at Castleton Road Health Centre. The receptionist was unprofessional, rude, and entirely uncooperative. Such behavior is unacceptable and needs immediate attention. I expect better from a healthcare provider.

   No appointment. Rang exactly at 8am. It is of everyday problem. Nobody wants a pleasure visit to GP. It is the requirement of health.

   If I could give a zero I would waited on phone from 8am on the dot, reached my turn at 9:01 only to be told that there aren’t any appointments. This has been the case for days. They are so unhelpful.

   If I could give them 0 Star I will give them 0!! Their receptionist are really unrespectful towards patients. Morning I called them 8am and remained waiting in the queue after 28 people. Then I go directly to the surgery to book an appointment around 8.50 but they directly refuse to book and tell me to call surgery number to book. When I told that I'm already in the line but it's long queue I'm afraid to not get appointments or after 1hour line will cut down, and the appointment I need badly!! They just simply told me then I need to call 999 and go to hospital. They don't book appointments walking, only by phone!! It's not their policy! What a shame thing!!! And then what happened after 1hour and 28 minutes the line cut down when I recall back then the system say no available appointments!! People who need urgently appointment even going to surgery in the morning can't book appointments! Does this make sense?!
