I want to appreciate the Surgery's receptionist Mehak as she's beautiful inside out. I have always had the best assistance from her for booking my appointment to support me in my every query. I am very satisfied with her services. Special thanks to her for her kindness and support.
Overall I think the surgery is really good. I find the Doctors helpful and find getting appointments easy especially via the nhs app or their econsult link. I must say I always have really positive encounters with reception especially with Elle, I find her so helpful every time I’ve been there if it’s not my self she’s going out of her way for it’s someone else. She truly is good at what she does, nothing is never to much for her and I feel she really makes patients visits at the surgery more bearable, she’s calm and patient and always goes above and beyond. The reception team has definitely improved and I’m happy with the service! Well done

The reception staff are always very helpful, polite, and supportive, making it easy to book appointments and get the help I need. All the doctors provide great care, but I want to give special appreciation to Dr. Ritu, who truly goes above and beyond. She takes the time to listen, understands concerns properly, and makes the necessary referrals for further diagnosis and treatment without delay. Her dedication and compassion make a real difference. Usually I would have a lot of negative things to say about the receptionists, but not today Ren I met for the first time after speaking to her on the phone several times. Polite and professional, no nonsense, gets the job done whether she's on the phone or face to face. Reminds me of the reception staff when I first joined the surgery. Thank you Ren!
Im not one for writing reviews but I was particularly impressed with the help and service I received by the receptionist with the name of Hatty. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond what was required of her in order to deal with my particular query. She made it a point of getting back to me and keeping me up to date with a very time sensitive solution to my problem. She was nothing but kind, understanding, reliable, professional and polite. She’s a true blessing to this surgery! I’m absolutely impressed with her service! Thank you Hatty :)
Reception staff are amazing! Thank you Rhen for today! Loved catching up with Ebs too. The only issue is getting an appointment but perseverance and patience is required. All surgeries are experiencing the same issue hence why I am giving this surgery a 4 star.
Would like to say a big thank you to Ren, she has been wonderful. Both myself and partner have been unwell and have been trying to get an appointment, couldn't get an appointment and spent 1.5 hours on phone trying to get through to 111. Without going into details Ren has been extremely helpful. Thank you
Genuinely the worst GP practice in the UK. If I could give it 0 stars I would. They ask for feedback and I tell them how it is and nothing changes. They need to shut this place down. Have called daily for the past 2 weeks and no one answers. On hold for almost 2 hours each time. When I have managed to get appointments in the past the staff are so rude and dismissive and talk to you like you are wasting their time. The doctors make you seem insignificant and small with the way they rush through appointments and ignore anything you say. I have been to an appointment 3 times for the same issue which could have been resolved in one appointment if they just listened to what I told them but they don't care. Just a other statistic to claim money off of. Please don't register for this GP practice. Absolutely avoid at all costs. You will just waste your time and cause yourself unnecessary stress. It won't change, it's been like this for a decade already.
