   Horrible service. Was told by text all my prescription is ready for collection. When I went to pick my prescription it was not even ready had to wait and one of the medications is not in stock. How can you message me saying all my prescription is ready for collection when all are not. An awful service from you unless your services improve and my prescriptions are kept ready without having to wait I will be minded to take my services to.dome other pharmacy. You need to improve your customer services and not mislead by saying it ready to.collect when not all medication are available.

   You guys don't deserve even 1 star. Very worst staff. They don't know what they are telling to the customer and when to do the same thing what they told to do and then refuse it which is very poor. Because of you guys I didn't use my medicine since one week and I got symptoms now only you guys are responsible for it. I don't know who is the manager but manager should taught them very well otherwise other people are going though same situation like me... Bcz the staff put someone life in danger.

   Fantastic service I am delighted to share my experience at Wellbeing pharmacy. My son had a splinter in his hand and I had visited a couple of pharmacies to take it, but they refused that they don’t have necessary equipment. And as always GP was fully booked. So I had no option then to go to A&E. I thought to try at Wellbeing pharmacy, if the staff would do the necessary procedure. And I was lucky to found them. The staff is very polite and professional. She observed the splinter carefully and agreed to take it off. While she was taking it out, she reassured my son, who was in pain and scared; and the splinter was out in no time. Thank you so much for your service. You saved us from the long waiting hours at A&E.

   Usually the staff are professional at this pharmacy, today that went out the window. Firstly I had to repeat my name numerous times (my name is not hard to pronounce) then I had to wait for the pharmacist to inform me that they didn't have all of my medication but I could take what they had and they would owe me the rest, I ended up leaving after 10 minutes without my meds. Why? Because the pharmacist and her counter staff were having a lovely conversation between themselves. And me? Well I am sat here in discomfort because having a personal conversation was more important than seeing to the meds for sick people. Well done all at WELLBEING PHARMACY CHADWELL HEATH!!

   Wellbeing Pharmacy & Travel Clinic, is located on a not to busy public area. Roads around the area can be busy or very busy, during the afternoon after school hours, & evening after working hours. Parking area is limited within the vicinity. Customer service is great, & staffs are friendly & helpful. Explaining more in depth on the medicine effects, side effects, etc.
