   Absolutely disgusted with the service I’ve received from this surgery today ! Called 8am as I was driving to work for my 12 week old baby !!! 12th in the queue , clicked for a call back . 9:45 I get a call . Getting told I cannot call to book an appointment and need to use app . ( funny how can I do when I’m driving or at work) absolute joke. Get some stroppy lady on the phone . Got told I’d get a text to tell me when my appointment would be TODAY . YET NEVER RECIEVED AN APPOINTMENT FOR MY YOUNG BABY it’s ridiculous run a mile from this place

   Receptionist was so helpful. I rang on Monday for medication that wasn't on my approved list. I was given an appointment for Wednesday for a medication review and it was prescribed on the same day. Great service thank you.

   would like to raise a concern about my recent experience with two receptionists at your GP practice, one of whom is named Miki. I was registered at this GP practice without my consent and without being asked for any proof of address or ID. When I called and to explain this situation, both receptionists were extremely rude and started shouting at me. They told me that they “don’t register rude patients,” and that it’s not worth their time, instead of listening and trying to understand what had happened. Their behaviour was very unprofessional and made me feel intimidated and upset. We contact a GP for help for our health — not to be treated with hostility and disrespect. Everyone deserves to be listened to and treated kindly, especially when dealing with health concerns. I kindly ask that you look into this matter to help prevent other patients from having the same negative experience.

   Disgraceful customer service. I’ve tried to make an app for my daughter at the desk and the receptionist was rushing ,speaking over loudly. No doctors appointments available and if available it’s only by phone. If you are lucky to get an appointment ,the doctor is also rushing and fails to listen. I pretty much wonder why we are paying so many contributions to get this kind of service. I could keep my taxes ,go private and be treated better.

   Terrible availability of appointments, needed an appointment and I have to wait 4 weeks to have a phone consultation. When I ring the surgery, noone ever answers the phone - I end up calling all day! For an emergency call, we are supposed to ring at 8am yet when I call the line gets cut off continuously. What do they expect us to do? This has been an ongoing problem for years..... If I could I would give it a 0 or minus rating

   If possible I would give this zero stars. We have not seen the GP face to face since they took over, the staff are incredibly rude over the phone. Every single test/referral has been botched, this surgery is a disgrace and not fit for purpose.

   Two weeks ago, I went to the doctor to examine my five-month-old child, but apart from the fact that the doctor doesn't know what it is, I haven't heard anything else. In two weeks, no one made an appointment with a pediatrician! Maybe someone knows where I can go to have my child professionally examined? Also, I have health problems and I asked to change the place of appointment because it is a long way to the center of London, but they have not done anything for two months. I have never seen such a mess!!!!!

   I called today In the morning regarding my son appointment. He got infection and spreading is ✋ Wednesday evening i after school went to Tesco pharmacy and they said I need to book appointment with doctor soon before spreading too much. I need antibiotics prescription from Doctor. They give me only phone number, doctor suppose to call me 5:30 but unfortunately they didn’t. I called again on reception to tell doctor to call me I only need prescription from them. But I don’t know what are they doing there. I got very bad experience with them every time when I need appointments. This is 3rd time happened with me before I booked appointment for my self regarding head allergies, same thing on the phone and never got call back . Again for my older son he also got allergies some thing on his body and on his head same as usual on the phone never face to face and didn’t get call from them. I’m very disappointed with this GP I AM ATTACHED PHOTO REGARDING MY SON HAND INFECTION

   I do not have a good experience with this surgery. The receptionists are rude and arrogant. The GP will never see you face to face. My wife had a clear skin infection on her hand and it was getting worse day by day. We were begging them for face to face appointment for a long time but it did not happen instead they were asking us over the telephone appointments that make the pictures of the infection and send it to the surgery, which took a long time and was still not diagnosed. Although, GP could have diagnosed it in five minutes, in face to face appointment and could have prescribed relevant antibiotics. As a result, we were forced to do self-diagnoses and self-medicating through over the counter medications from pharmacy. As a patient, I feel degraded/ disappointed when my GP refuse to see me face to face. I don't think that it is the NHS policy.
