Had my laser treatment with Simona and she was absolutely great. So kind, patient, and really thorough in preparing you for what to expect. I was quite nervous going in, but she put me completely at ease and the whole experience was a breeze. Highly recommend.
I had an amazing experience at this clinic for my laser hair removal! The place is clean, professional, and very welcoming. Sabinka was the one who treated me, and she was absolutely fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She explained everything clearly and checked in throughout the session to make sure I was doing okay. I’m already seeing great results and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend both the clinic and Sabinka!
I usually have good experiences at Therapie Clinic Bluewater, but today I was quite disappointed. I arrived 10 minutes late for my laser appointment due to heavy traffic and a road closure, and unfortunately, they refused to see me. I had two short sessions booked — one at 3:30 pm and another at 3:40 pm — and arrived at 3:50 pm. When I got there, several staff members were at the reception not attending to anyone, yet I was told they couldn’t fit me in because they had other clients scheduled. I completely understand that being on time is important, but it feels unfair because, in previous sessions, I’ve had to wait 10–15 minutes past my scheduled time to be seen. I also tried to call the clinic several times to let them know I was delayed, but no one answered. I really expected a bit more understanding and flexibility, especially as a returning client. I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration to improve communication and customer service in the future.
I had Georgia for my third treatment, she was very kind and friendly and instantly made me feel welcome. I like to chat during my sessions and she created a really comfortable environment. I noticed she even slid in and out of the doorway careful to keep the door shut as much as possible for my privacy even though there was no one sat outside. It really made me feel like it was a safe and calming place to be. She also offered to book in my next sessions but wasn’t pushy when I said I wanted to wait until payday- I really appreciated that and will definitely remember her excellent customer service!
Great clinician. Not happy about price as i came in to the clinic book for 3 areas and was told it would be 225. On the day of treatment i was told that offer does not include the chin so had to pay extra. This should have been made clear when i booked, not assumed that i knew it only covered the upper face.
Do not go here. I wouldn’t even give 1 star here. Total scam - the girls in the front try to sell “discount offers” and almost pressure you into purchasing them by saying “the deal ends today” but really every week they have the same promo on. Even during their Black Friday sale it was no different from any other offer. The app they use for bookings also doesn’t work all the time, so If you can’t log in or get into this app & happen to miss your appointment they make you forfeit what you have paid and use their “48 hour policy” as a coverup. The manager was extremely rude, even though I am a returning client. All they care about is making money and don’t care about their clients at all. Every-time I saw a different therapist they we would tell me something different. For example, one woman said do not workout for 24 hours after em sculpt yet the following week another told me it’s okay. The staff are not that educated & just seem to be following a sales pitch. Would never go back, save your money.
Debbie is the best at Botox and lip filler! I always come out feeling so happy with the results. Plus she’s just a lovely woman and I thoroughly enjoy having her do my treatments! Thanks Debs x Ginny
First laser hair removal treatment and very impressed. I was kept informed fully from start to finish and constantly asked if everything was ok. Wonderful experience and can't wait for my second session.
Darcie was so nice yesterday as all the girls, very professional and made me feel so comfortable too. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for any of my treatments. The price is what made me look into this company but the team is 100% who’s making me stay.
