   I would like to raise a serious concern about the service I received today. After missing my morning appointment, I was informed it had been rescheduled for 15:50 at Druids Heath. Upon arrival, I was told no appointment existed. This error caused major disruption to my day and was handled with little empathy or accountability. Being told to simply rebook was unacceptable. This experience has significantly damaged my trust in the practice’s ability to manage appointments reliably.

   I have been with Dr Aneja's surgery for around 4/5 years now along with my 2 children and have never had any issues, the reception staff, nurse and doctors have all been great, very helpful, and I've never had an issue getting an appointment on the day I call.

   Never open. What's the point in this service. When and if you are lucky enough to get through to request a call back, that never happens. Absolutely awful service. I suggest look elsewhere.

   Without a doubt the best GP I have ever had. I have never struggled to get a same day appointment so I was surprised by some of the other reviews - you do need to phone to book, at either 08:30 or 15:00, and wait patiently for a few minutes in the queue to secure your slot: not a hardship really! The reception staff are also lovely and helpful and I have never had a problem with them either.

   Requested call back from Dr for which he could not as there was a weeks wait so they said they would get nurse to call me back but no call back received. I called the next day and was told the nurse said she'd rang me & left a voicemail for which she did NOT. Not worth calling am or pm for a Dr call back as your normally 10th in the queue then the call cuts off and then you call back and you eventually get through to be told all Dr call backs are gone. Dreadful patient booking service. Think your booking system needs reviewing.

   They do not pick the phone up, it is incredibly long waiting time. They close earlier than opening times. I work in five ways till 17.30. I was trying to bring my registration form in for weeks at 18.08 all the doors are shut. 18.07 the same. I was either stuck in traffic and it was too late or when I managed to get there on time.... well it was still too late. The receptionist is awfully lazy. I popped in at 18.05 with my registration forms, happy they are finally not closed before the closing time and she said she is about to go home and cant do anything with these now. Last 10 minutes of work does not mean waiting and doing nothing, doea it? She refused to book me an appointment with a nurse for a check up, said i gotta call the next day. Now I have some questions and it's 2nd day Im trying to reach the practice with no luck. I regret registering, might look for something elsa.
