If I could give it a minus I would, 3 weeks for a referral to be sent despite me chasing it, finally put in official complaint as it’s so bad
Awful doctors, elderly having to queue in all weathers at 7.30 in a morning, refusing to let them sit indoors. My husband had blood tests on a Friday had a text telling him to make an appointment on the Monday to see a doctor, 3 weeks on and still not been able to get an appointment. Receptionist said she would call him with one, a week later still not had one. Moving doctors after 50 years of being at this practice.
Poor in giving appointment. Didn’t prescription for young kids regular medication. To get any answers call you have hold 40 minutes or more. I am really not happy with them service because of without reviewing my son Doctor stop his medication which he required every day. Now I have to pay for that even though his 6 years old.
