Paid for two set of treatments in full. Advised they had to close due to unforseen circumstances in November and would reopen 23rd February 2023. I have since tried to visit and call numerous times and had no response.
The company also used to operate in maidstone. Failed to inform customers that they went out of business. No communication, no replies to phone calls or emails. .Appalling treatment of customers. Premises have been seized. No business happening there anymore. If you want money back best to go to credit card provider otherwise you’ll have no chance.
I am so angry, they have obviously closed down without informing anyone and so many of us had bought courses of treatment in advance, what a terrible way to treat people.

Absolutely disgusting. Booked an appointment and paid a lot of money. They cancelled last minute and have not been in touch for any refund. Have tried to contact them for weeks and have had no luck. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!! AVOID AT ALL COST. They take your money and don’t do the treatments!
