    Had a fit to fly test done at DAM Health in Brentwood. Parking was a bit of a pain but was a bit early to my 11am appointment. Only 2 staff in a small building but was in and out within 10 mins. Results showing on the app by 1am (14 hours). They allow up to 24 hours from the appointment time for results to show. Overall very good experience cannot rely solely on negative reviews for this place. Had no issues

    Had an appointment at 3/4/2022 at 3:30pm, got there around 3:06pm since I had nothing better to do and there was a queue of maybe 4-5 families which was no surprise since I was early but by the time it was my turn to test I'd say I was pretty much on time with my appointment. It was a quick mouth swab when I thought they would put it up your nose but I'm not complaining. I suggest if you don't want to wait in queue too long take the earliest appointment you can get and make the appointment ahead of time and if you need to find somewhere to park drive to sainsburys carpark and its probably a 2-5 minute walk from there to the health center because there is very rarely any parking spaces left on the street, and you would be lucky to park near it if ever. Overall, quick once you get in the building and friendly staff when I went in for my pcr test. EDIT!!!!! Also cannot stress this enough but people saying you don't need the app because they will send your results by email.. Not always the case because I needed a test done 24 hours before my flight and anxiously waited for my email until I checked my app around 9:45pm. Turns out my results were not sent to me by email but through the app but I think I do remember the lady saying the results can be checked on the app.

    Did PCR day 2, when my aunt flew in to visit us, and antigen when she had left. Both visits were flawless. DOWNLOAD health passport worldwide! It updates you with results and there is a bar code with your Information. Staff very lovely and helpful! Small place but all was done quick and efficiently. Only problem is parking, only few spots available, but usually taken! Would definitely go back there!

    I’ve had 4 tests with DAM Brentwood over the past month (2 x PCR and 2 x Fit 2 Fly). My family (and it’s a large one!) have also had fit 2 fly tests. Service has been great with results normally coming well before 24hours. The biggest issue is customers not reading the email DAM send before the appointment - This gives instructions for downloading the app that the company use. Every time I have been 70% of the people in the queue have not bothered to do this………and then complain about the queues while they have to fill out paperwork. If you do the app you can be in and out in 10 mins!!! The patient portal is good if you need to make any changes, and the phone service has been ok (It is a pandemic after all, so is it any wonder you have to wait for an answer…….this is normal for most utility providers!!!).

    Did an antigen test. Very quick to be seen, and the staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Results received in 2 hours. Was perfect. Note to people coming to the Dam clinic: download their app, take your passport and wear your face mask correctly... Then you won't have to wait so long.

    Got to my 3.30pm appointment yesterday five minutes early. Could not believe what I saw - a 200 yard queue around three roads. Everyone had an appointment. What followed was shameful. , No information from the management. No water, no offer of warm clothing over the next 2 and a half hours in cold weather. Customers forced to queue in the road as cars passed which was dangerous. At 6pm I was shown in. Test took a few minutes. Cannot blame the staff - they work hard and had had no breaks. It’s the responsibility of the Directors of this sham company. They are taking huge amounts of money in and failing to provide anywhere near an adequate service. 4 staff taking samples in a venue too small for the demand. The Guarantee of results by midnight was untrue of course. Had to keep waking up to check and got mine by 4am for my flight today. This cynical money making from an uncaring company cannot be excused as a one-off. It’s been happening every day- check the dates of some of these reviews. Avoid at all costs and choose a reputable, responsible company to avoid all this.

    Queue was ridiculous!! Really badly run service. Felt like I was in some Delhi immigration office. Despite having all my paperwork in place they went by their own rules for your appointment and everyone went in whenever they fancy
