   Purvi was amazing and made me feel at ease during the whole procedure. Hardly felt the injections, never keen on that part so that was a real bonus. She checked in on how I felt throughout. The dental nurse, Ola, was also great and was really attentive.

   Dr Patel is amazing but one of the receptionist (Jackie) is very rude. The other lady is nice, but Jackie is so rude I literally do not want to call up anymore. I'm changing dentists because I don't deserve to be spoken to in that condescending, aggressive and highly abrasive manner. I've never experienced such rudeness in a dental surgery before I am honestly appalled. People should not work in customer facing roles if they have no compassion for other people. Be a good person.

   Great experience at Gravesend Dental Clinic, members of staff are all super professional and friendly, they provided me with the best service and I was seen right away! Wonderful Dr Patel and Esther assisted me with all the processes and I felt at ease most of the time!    I am only giving one star to one reason due to the receptionist, that is extremely rude to clients over the phone and in person. Regarding the first of my appointment, which I was booking over the phone, I got mislead about the time of the appointment because the time of the appointment was 16:15 but I thought it was 16:50 and the receptionist said that I have been sent a email to remind me but I didn’t receive anything, not even in spam or junk, I didn’t even get anything confirmation that my appointment was at 16:15. So when the receptionist called me, we booked another appointment but she was really rude and unpleasant to me. When I was looking for a dentist for my daughter, this clinic had very good reviews but recently I have noticed that the good reviews have dropped mainly due tho this receptionist. For the good of the clinic I recommend you to find a different one or change because the actual dentists are very good and have done an amazing performance on my daughters teeth.

   If you don’t want high blood pressure do not join this practice. Each appointment I have they have tried to or successfully cancel or rearrange each appointment i am suppose to have. The receptionist team are the most unprofessional team who lack empathy. They don’t listen and cut off phone to you when your trying to talk. This is the second time they have cancelled my appointment and they have yet to give me a new date. The have nothing but excuses and do not tell the truth when questions are asked. Absolutely regretting joining this dentistry.

   Was seen same day had a x Ray was told and shown the problem now have a date for extraction could of had the extraction when i was there but had things to do so booked it 4 another day i was very happy with the whole experience there,always gr8 service there never had a bad 1 yet

   was rushed in as emergency extraction, everything was great. reception friendly and the dentist and assistant throughout extraction kept me calm and kept talking to me. my tooth took little longer but thanku for the service looking after me and getting me in quickly. Mr Asa W Rawson

   I went to the dentists today. The receptionist was polite and welcoming. As my 7 year old daughter has toothache, female dentists was way to rude and unsympathetic. My daughter was in pain while talking treatment and she was rude with little one too. She was saying "why you making noises" ""

   I’ve never known a dental practise to not hold emergency appointments for registered patients, let alone triple booking their dentists. A nearly 2 week wait for a child with a broken front tooth to see a dentist is absolutely ridiculous. Will definitely be moving to a different practice.
