   Directions to the building are a little baffling given it shares an entrance with a school. There is a walk up a long winding pathway with a derelict space for buggies. I learnt the door to the building is precious, as the receptionist spent a few hours barking at me for misunderstanding their hand gestures. Luckily I was at a family wellbeing centre to support me from the ordeal with the receptionist

Mamata recently assisted me with my daughter’s referral to Little Village, and I am truly impressed by her professionalism and kindness throughout the process. From the very beginning, Mamata was incredibly supportive and approachable. Her calm and reassuring manner made it easy to discuss my concerns, and she handled everything with such care and understanding. Her communication skills are exceptional — she explained every step clearly and ensured that I felt comfortable and informed at all times. What stood out the most was her genuine willingness to help. It’s clear that Mamata truly cares about the families she supports, and her compassionate approach made a difficult situation much easier to navigate.    Google maps shows incorrect path. The path to get here. First go to Preston Park primary school, at the gate on the extreme left side, there are 2 buzzers, one of them is for Family wellbeing centre. They will buzz you in from there.

   A friendly place . I used to follow up with midwife while pregnant. The only problem is that we have to walk by feet so long behind the school. Otherwise everything, staff, setup and service are super.
