   This is an outfit for a separate insurance firm 'one-click'. All done online, can't speak to anyone. They're an absolutely awful company with complete disregard for people. Totally stitched me up after I decided not to have their insurance within the 14 cooling off period - as per my rights. They've now put something on my file that I've been refused insurance, which means I'm finding it very difficult to get insurance under £2.5k. This will stay on my record like a stain. Absolute joke. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

   Worst customer service. Specially Franky. Would not recommend. They used to be good but gone down the hill. You are always placed on a 40 + people queue. They make it so difficult to contact them. Don’t even think to contact them during your lunch break as you are placed 100 + in the queue. Lately, they try to increase your premium at every chance instead of rewarding you for being a faithful customer. Very impersonal. All by chat with long waiting times. Even the breakdown service. 4 Hours waiting for the recovery service just once I used it. When my car broke down last time I called my own garage as they said I had to wait for 4 hours or more….

   The first car insurance policy I have kept for several years in a very long time. Fair price and fair renewal without having to barter down. I have made one claim which was dealt with very efficiently, and every call made to the platinum club to change details was quickly answered and queries resolved without fuss. I could not recommend highly enough due to the fair prices and top customer service.

   One Call have always been very helpful and friendly in the 2 years I’ve had insurance through them. The website and renewals process is easy to use, with contact details to speak to someone readily available. I spoke to a gentleman today - user code LW8 - who was extremely helpful in looking into a better price for my insurance renewal, and offered me a very competitive rate whilst remaining professional, courteous and friendly throughout. Absolutely faultless process to renew, and I really couldn’t ask for better service.

   Struggling with the cost of living? Don't worry, One Call will kick your doors in for the sake of £60. Loyal customer of 5 years, with zero claims. Missed 1 x direct debit payment due to too many unexpected outgoings. One Call cancelled my policy, without telling me, and then tried to charge me for £170 for cancelling. I didn't cancel. I was unaware of the missed DD until they sent me a letter 3 weeks too late. It's 2022, and One Call are unable to contact you via email, aside from promotional emails getting you to sign up to other dubious policies. They sent a letter via pigeon in a festive postal strike. How did they eventually deal with it? Robotic customer service chat with zero culpability or compassion. Do you know what makes it worse? I tried a new quote for the exact same policy and it was £150 cheaper annually. Did they offer me that at renewal last time? No. They cancelled my policy for the sake of a missed £60, that they didn't tell me about. Cowboys.

   Absolutely amazing service. I bought a new car that wasn't listed yet, so it was inputted manually, my current insurance was transferred to my new car, I am very impressed it was sorted in no time. When I tried to do this 2 years with another insurance company (well known advertised brand) they refused to insure my new car and One Call immediately stepped in and insured the car. I wouldn't go with any other company now. Best service and lower renewal price. Thank you x

   Unexpected follow up call. Gentleman was very polite and was checking that I was happy with and comfortable with the policy I had recently purchased. First off he confirmed my details and that I was happy to continue. He offered to call back at a more convenient time. He then took me through the policy details quickly and efficiently. I'm sorry but I have forgotten his name.
