    Fantastic, patient and compassionate service from the customer feedback agent (BA1) we spoke to after someone crashed into us. While the accident was relatively minor, we'd never had one before and were quite shaken up and he was patient when I needed to keep placing him on hold, clear and transparent when I had questions about the process, and helped me on and off throughout the rest of the day as we continued to correspond with further information, really going the extra mile to make sure we were all set.

    5 stars for Hannah HB5 for customer focus coupled with forensic questioning. Friendly, empathetic and efficient. Not quite so sure about One Call at this stage. Appreciate that staff gave to triage calls - and based on the thoroughness of calls I anticipate a quality follow through - but a call followed by being held in a general call ("your call is important to us") and after being transferred to be faced with the same verification questions does not really feel that it is a One Call Service. I hope the outcome addresses my concerns.

JT4 was patient and professional throughout our conversation, taking the time to clearly explain the claims process step-by-step.     Hope and pray you don’t get in an accident with somebody covered by this company there in no rush to reply to emails and if by some miracle you can get through to them they offer minimal to no help! The fact that one of there customers drove straight into the back of my car you’d think they’d be a bit more prompt in sorting things out but this is far from the case ! Good luck

    Would give 0 stars if I could! Terrible name for the company aswell, as you can't "call" anyone, it's all online chat and hours of on hold. I've had to push every step of the claim and called separate salvage company to arrange things myself. no care, no service, no call centre, no help

    I was involved in a none fault accident and I made the mistake of using One Call Claims. 6 weeks in and i don't have a car and no update on repairs. When I call, I spend an hour on hold to be told I have to wait for an update? I'm stuck in an endless groundhog day with this lot. Poor service is just a way of life now unfortunately. I would advise going direct to the insurance company and not through these clowns.

    My overall experience with this company was very poor until I spoke with Josh. Josh dealt with my claim professional and with understanding. The root cause for the one-star rating is lack of putting the customer first and communication. Three days to arrange collect of my car in two days' time is unacceptable.
