This is the worst surgery I have ever had the pleasure of visiting! receptionists are unpleasant, they make it difficult to contact the doctor, the clinic is open from 8 am and they only answer the phone at 8.15 or even later after and with their daily text fully book go to pharmacy or walk center It seems like there's always no room and the clinic is empty!

This place is unprofessional and absolutely disgusting, I’ve been calling them since 8 it kept going busy until 8:30 then when they finally picked up the receptionist says that all the appointments are gone. It is ridiculous and irritating when people are in pain and need to see the GP. I would never like to come here again the worst GP practice ever. The receptionist are rude and obnoxious and have no patient care or manners.

The receptionist named Ruby is very rude . They don’t deserve even a star . The receptionist thinks she is a doctor and gave my father medical advice rather than giving him an appointment he has been ringing everyday these people are lying even though he was the first in the queue at 8am she said there weren’t any slots left. Her language was very very rude . These people have no care for the patients . They don’t see people when they have just developed an illness until they get worse and have to be admitted straight to hospital and then there’s no way coming back , rubbish health care . All the pandemic this GP has literally done nothing but earned from home over telephone how can you do physical examination of someone on the telephone. They pick and choose patients .

Please DO NOT join this surgery! Absolute terrible service especially the receptionists, they think their the queen of the country with their bad attitude, and the doctors don’t care about you, just another number to them that will prescribe you anything just to move on to the next patient. I placed my prescription order on a Wednesday and they didn’t send the order through to the pharmacy until Friday evening. Now I’m having to go through 2 whole days without insulin because the stupid receptionist forgot to put the order through. I really hope someone from the GP are checking these reviews because in all honestly, it has to be one of the worst GPs in the Sandwell area. God forbid to anyone that joins this absolute terrible misery of a surgery.

I'm at a loss as to how this surgery still remains open, i have been let down 3 times now by their inability to perform basic appointment booking duties and process referrals, as well as actually getting to see a doctor. I'm not sure which type of patient they are used to dealing with but i can assure you, I will not tolerate this level of incompetence when it comes to my own health and well being. Processes need to be reviewed and practice management needs to be urgently addressed. I will be logging a formal complaint with the NHS as part of a more constructive feedback process but for now this NHS surgery should be avoided unless absolutely necessary.

Today was my first appointment and I’m very disappointed with the way I was treated.Reception confused with appointments\Checks & Some tests retakes? Still don’t know what the lady was on about. I’m seriously considering changing practices. Never have I heard “your 10 minuets is up book another appointment to discuss this” ( I would but I’ve already waited 3 weeks to get this one) Next door pharmacist lovely and helpful woman have spend more time with me discussing my situation than the doctor itself. Dr Pathak seems knowledgeable but lacking in other areas. I miss my old GP ...

Absolutely awful manners from the receptionists for Dr Pathaks surgery. Can’t get an appointment, need to put medication requests in writing and not allowed to reorder a repeat prescription over the phone, get a mouthful of the manager trying to get an appointment on the morning just because my partner needs a sicknote. If you had any routine appointments I wouldn’t be calling for an emergency appointment! The Doctors except Dr Pathak just don’t care, want you in and out and don’t want to listen to what is wrong with you anymore and find a solution, just get you out for the next patient. Get yourselves sorted because if patients can’t trust in the services their doctor provides and the receptionists then where do we go as patients for the respect and care.
