   Really hope to take this down when issues resolved; they cocked up my policy which lead me to pay way more a month than necessary/agreed to and now having a row over refunds. Fact I cancelled policy and took business elsewhere for the 'right' price is the EVIDENCE. Combined with no call back for 3weeks after complaint made (leading to another month premium being paid out for nothing) means I'm duty bound to warn others as I'm big time out of pocket£ and about to contact FOS.
