Some items come in as standard with a good level of cover with options to increase that level if you choose. I am a happy and returning customer.

   I am really pleased with my buildings and contents insurance which is much better than my previous insurer and much cheaper. The customer services advisor was so helpful, knowledgeable and polite and made sure i understood everything within the documents. I used Policy Expert for my car insurance last year and have reinsured with them again this year and my Policy cost has gone down!

   Policy Expert have been Great so far. I was looking for a competitive price for house insurance renewal. They delivered. Nearly £100 cheaper than renewing with my old company. Seems you get nothing but expense for trying to stay loyal with the same company nowadays, hence the reason for changing providers. Used my old policy to copy details over. Couldn't have been easier. The policy has only just started but seems to be a Great Company with good reviews. Thank you for being competitive & making the online process simple & easy to do

   My home insurance was due for renewal at a ridiculously increased cost. After an exhaustive online search for the best comparative policy, Policy Expert kept coming up as by far the best value for money and service. I called, with no lengthy call wait, and got quickly through to an extremely professional helpful knowledgeable advisor. He was very patient and explained very clearly any queries l had about Policy Expert's 'Silver' combined Buildings/Contents insurance. I got increased cover on top of the existing, for far less and saved myself £216.! I cannot recommend Policy Expert highly enough. The excellent online reviews proved correct. At this performance level, l will be staying with them.

   My Buildings & contents policy was up for renewal. My existing provider had really increased the charge from £220 to £270 & had deleted some services. So I went on to a comparison website for new quotes. This was the cheapest but also the best, covering everything I wanted to insure, but with excellent Personal liability ( up to £5M). It came in at £190 ! A great deal, & fully authorised & regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Hopefully we will not need to call on their services. Always be prepared.

   I just got home insurance from Policy Expert's and wanted to share my feedback. The call handler was polite, professional & informative. I did have some specific queries which were handled quickly & efficiently. The whole process was easy like a breath of fresh air. Everything was explained, my documents were emailed over & I made over £400 saving! WOW I would highly recommend if you are coming near to your renewal then do check any quotes against Policy Expert, it is quick, simple & you could save a lot of money without compromising on cover! What's not to love.

   I would read the reviews left by actual claimants VERY carefully before buying their insurance. They offer a £100 voucher as a prize for leaving a review shortly after you buy their cheap premium. Obviously 99% of reviewers are just pleased with the price and leave a 5 star review. This is not an accurate reflection of the company however, and after doing some research it has lead me to believe Policy Expert has every single get-out-of-jail clause imaginable in order to withhold making any payment if you dare make a claim on their policy. I would personally pay a little more and go with a reputable name.
