   So fed up with the waiting times on phone lines, sometimes 20 minutes just to be cut off! Some of the face to face appointments seem like a waste of time, often leaving you with a sense of frustration and a feeling that nothing has been resolved, only a desire to give you more tablets to smooth things over.

   Had a duty of care after my daughter was discharged from A section 2 . They deemed her too aggressive for them and refused to deal with her until she’d seen D&A intervention however took 3 weeks to tell me this and left me to care for her with no support and she to this day has not had a medication review in 2 months due to her being to “aggressive “ for them to cope with . That’s kind of the point , she needs help but doesn’t engage . So they wash their hands of her . Inaccurate reporting of meetings and lack of communication . My name was wrong in documentation , admission and discharge dates were wrong , even our family set up was wrong, as in siblings and father . Update : saw a different consultant , a man and this time we felt listened to and like we were moving forward with a plan . Much better appointment second time round . Thank you

   Grossly incompetent, dishonest and a direct threat to a person's mental health. One member of staff is even openly physically aggressive. Shouldn't be allowed near patients - ever!
