Michelle was kind, patient, and truly cared. She helped me with food from the food bank, found toys for my children, and even arranged a nursery place for them. She also told me about local activities where my children could play, sing, and have fun—it brought so much joy to them. Her support meant the world to me and made me feel like I wasn’t alone.
