Love the service dnt agree on my policy going up again after so long of being wiv them and only the lowest policy (old car) got full no claims !!!! They r fab dnt understand y understand paying more than a just passed driver !!!!! My fault for not looking elsewhere but shouldnt u keep existing clients happy
Insurance cover was fine but objected to paying £120 in setup fees plus administration fees to upgrade to a higher level of breakdown cover. Necessitating cancelling the policy = cancellation fee, having already paid £60 to set it up. Then paying a further £60 to set up the revised insurance including the upgraded breakdown cover. That is simply a rip off.
Cancelled a policy due to changing vehicle charged me £106.97 for the privilege. Avoid at all costs or read the small print, you can get a much better deal with other brokers
Awful, awful company, avoid at all costs. I changed car and rang to inform them, they cancelled my policy with nothing to pay, they then charged me £65 and passed the debt to a credit collection agency. Absolute chancers.
Awful. A terrible experience having this policy - ramped up my charges by over 300% in a few years and I didn't really challenge until I realised and then they charged £65 for me to cancel. Took 6 months to sort out the claim I made during the policy lifetime. Painful. Not good. Never using them again.
Awful. Do not go with this company. I’ve uploaded my documents they need twice and I’m still getting emails to say they will cancel my insurance by Wednesday. I’ve used both telephone numbers to contact them and after sitting on it for 30mins to an hour on numerous occasions and give up as no one answers. I’ve emailed twice and no response. I’m a single mum and have paid upfront and looks like I’m going to lose my £900 insurance and have to get another insurance that I now can’t afford. Wish I had looked at reviews beforehand
Good luck, you will need it. Pretty sure this is one man in a shed running this firm. No one answers the phone and the website barely functions. Don't bother using this broker. Run, you will have to anyway because you can't get car insurance with this company anyway.
Avoid!!! I have gone with this insurance company and they are sending me daily emails and texts to say my policy wil be cancelled despite me having sent them via email, uploaded to their portal and even provided evidence that I uploaded them. I see another review from a year ago from "A D" who was in the exact same position and their response to was in summary "we apologize, please contact our review team". It doesn't appear that any feedback is being taken on board with this company. I have zero confidence in this insurance company.
Terrible insurer, steer clear! They auto renewed insurance for a previously declared stolen car. They are ignoring the admin error on their part and continue to hound us for payments. We have sent a dozen emails and spent time on calls explaining the same thing yet they just don’t listen and deliberately never gets recorded on their system. We have a record of every email sent as they have conveniently not found/received them. Just an awful company that won’t stop to stress honest and transparent drivers.
They ‘renewed’ my insurance despite me ringing to explain I was moving from the country 3 days before the end of my contract. They told me I was lying when I said I had spoken to someone. They are now hounding me with debt collecting emails despite the fact I had left the country permanently and my car had a different number plate so their insurance would have been null and void. No amount of phone calls have rectified this situation. They just repeat that I must pay them insurance for the year after I had moved permanently from the UK. All the debt collecting emails are causing me a lot of distress.
