I was asked for my monthly salary figure!!! Apparently Penks own finance company need to know, even though I have the highest credit rating. Don't agree with it.
Very bad customer service. Don't want to help me after being a 4 years loyal customer. The premium was not reduced because I got insurance for £500 cheaper so how can you say you gave me a reduced quote. And the advisors who work for the company are abrupt and unhelpful don't want to help you at all. Obviously I don't have evidence because I don't record my call. But you as a company do so you do have evidence. And I think people will read all the reviews on Google on average you as a company have a bad rating any way so that is enough evidence for people.
Definitely will not use them ever again got business insurance with them for my car and then so many months later when I was going to put a new driver on policy was told it was going to be a extra £532 what A joke was then told only me and my wife was on business cover all are staff were not had to cancel and pay a cancel fee even though it was not my fault went some were elsewhere and got it a lot cheaper and had to wait 6weeks for a refund your a joke
