   Constantly changing appointments no one ever answers the phone but the receptionist sit there yapping their gums like their lives depended on it.

   This centre has failed my grandson time and time again the staff are inadequate treated my daughter like she is a idiot sayingg my grandson has nothing wrong. Yet after my daughter wwwnt to te hospital who demands a MRI scan my grandson has brain damage. They have treated my daughter his mother as if she is beneath them. They are dissgausting how they treat people.

   I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and support provided by this centre I have repeatedly called and emailed, but it is virtually impossible to get through to anyone—no one answers the phone, and emails go unanswered. The lack of communication and support is deeply concerning, especially when it involves children with additional needs who rely on consistent care. We feel completely ignored and abandoned. Families deserve better, and vulnerable children should never be left without access to the medical professionals they need. I hope this review prompts serious reflection and much-needed improvement in how this centre communicates and supports the families under its care.

   I saw Dev yesterday and he was amazing, funny and kind. Really enjoyed the appointment to be honest and wish I had more hearing problems to go back again, but unfortunately I can here completely fine thanks to him. I really do recommend to whoever needs this service as they are all so friendly and accommodating.

   Impossible to get through on the phone or email. My disabled child has now not been seen by her paediatrician for coming up to 18 months. I have called and emailed multiple times. The level of support is alarmingly bad.

   My sons been going here for around 2 years for his hearing appointments and we’ve never had a problem here, it was quite hidden away at first and may be awkward if your walking but the navigation took us right outside. They do a amazing job doing my sons hearing test every time and are very patient with him I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

   If I could give 0 I would. Before leaving home I check my way to this place, got to the bus stop and there’s no direction to find the place, internet in the area was bad so I couldn’t use my google maps, there’re no many people outside to ask direction and the few I found didn’t know. Called them and the reception gave me the wrong direction, be in mind I’m walking aroun on a 28c degree with my baby, walking up and down in this heat, I called again they didn’t answer, I was lost for about 30 minutes because of this, no direction or signs to help people get there, Once I got there their sign is half covered by a tree and is still difficult to find the entrance. At the end I wasn’t seen because I was late. If they had sign and directions on the way I would have been there on time. So angry.

   Tried calling several times always closed and not able to leave message, people try to make you silly trying to be nice kind people just so they can keep your children under their feet and when you don't want anything to do with them anymore they threaten you with social services, just to let people know and these NHS staff I've already told social we don't want anything to do with these people anymore and they said it's fine you are the parents no problem, so leave us alone and stop pressureing us parents, my son can hear perfectly fine leave him alone

   I visit this place for my daughter hearing aid (test, fitting and everything) a few times a year. This place is just superb! the staff is amazing and highly qualified. Will never thank them enough.
